Crazy lady was just in the store harassing the employees while they were POLITELY explaining to her she could not eat inside the lobby after 7:30-8 PM as they need to do their closing tasks. She was throwing a tantrum and acting unruly. Josh and his other coworkers handled the situation much better than I would have had I been in their shoes. Amazing employees, awful customers.

Ordered online went in to pick up and eat only person in the store Josh told me I had to leave because he closed the lobby at 8pm to mop the floors even though they don’t close until 9 pm. There is no drive thru or any other way to get your food. A white male customer enters they proceed to talk to said customer for over 10 minutes even though they “needed to close the lobby” while I was trying to have my meal. Very rude won’t go back to this Subway.

First of all, we were the only customers in the place. So shouldn't have been too hard to serve us with 2 staff there. Me and my husband both ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich. Neither of us was asked if we wanted the sandwich toasted before he put the meat on the bread. The meat the guy had put on was plain chicken. No teriyaki on it at all. Also, he basically touched every piece of chicken he placed on our sandwiches and placed them around the bread after he scooped it on. I went ahead and had my sandwich lightly toasted since I don't care for mine toasted. When our sandwiches came out, he proceeded to put the sweet onion sauce on it without asking if we had wanted it. I usually opt out on it. And then when he was finished, he gave is the sandwiches without cutting them. We had gotten foot longs. So, I usually have half for lunch the next day. Very odd experience.

30 minute wait for a pre online order....then go home to find the wrong sandwhich in the bag.... and my Philly cheese steak not toasted.Try to call to see if they will remake it, no answer.Thanks Subway.

Usually, I don't like doing reviews, but after today, these two employees need recognition for the great service and work they do for that Subway. For some context, I've been going to this Subway for about a year now and love most of the staff. For example, one of the assistant managers, Matthew, always makes my sandwich with so much love and always makes me laugh. Now this story is about Landon and a blonde kid (sorry I can't remember your name). It was the 4th of July, I went to Subway to get some sandwiches before the firework show that Hurricane Harbor does every year. Now this Subway has always closed their lobbies 30 minutes before they close and I've never heard anyone care about it until yesterday. Now about 7:20 they told a family in front of me that their lobby was going to close. Now most of the family was accepting of it with the expectation for the old man got super angry about it. In hindsight, the guy was probably super drunk since it was the 4th of July but that is not a good reason to yell at a bunch of high schoolers who are working for minimum wage. The workers decide just to let the family eat in until they close but as a result, everyone else left. I'm still impressed that when workers were making my sandwiches they were able to keep a smile on their faces and make my sandwiches delicious. If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend that you come to this subway and give the lovely staff a visit.

This guy counted everything he put on my wraps. He put 3 jalapeños, 5 onions and 4 banna peppers. On each wrap and still charged 10 dollars plus. I use to never have a problem with this location.
