They are closed permanently. Very disappointing to show up and they are closed and no where to be found
Restaurant is permanently CLOSED!! I guess they didn't tell open table bc I had no idea......
Our reservation didn't happen as the Sugar Factory doors were locked!! No sign was posted or nothing! A celebration was planned and then this happened! Apparently the Sugar Factory finally posted something on the website yesterday!
Only one server ,no one was there to welcome and show you where to sit I had to figure it out
Waited at hostess stand for quite awhile to be acknowledged. Took a long time to get cocktails. Food came out in three different waves for four people over a span of 10 mins. One person was done before the other was served. Espresso martini was $24. Pretty steep prices. Also, candy store was half empty. Not nearly the experience of the one we went to a Baha Mar.
Horrible service. Did not prepare for the amount of people in restraint. Server argued with us about our drinks instead of just trying to make things right. Food was decent.
Extremely loud music, to the point conversation is impossible. Prices are very high for the quality of the food. Drinks are overpriced and slow to get from the bar. Service is slow and the gift store area looks pretty picked over.
Update: I received a reply to this review from sugar factory themselves to reach out to them, and I did. never heard back.
had high hopes for the Sugar Factory, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The service was quite slow, and we felt like we were waiting a bit too long for everything. The food was just okay—not memorable at all. However, the biggest disappointment was the dirty silverware; it was unacceptable for all three of us to be served with such unclean utensils. To top it off, the signature bowl, which is supposed to be the star of the show, didn’t live up to the hype. Overall, it wasn’t the experience we were hoping for.
The food was good! Our waitress Gabby was amazing, but she was alone doing everything while there were 3 ladies there (1 having 2 kids) who didn't acknowledge us at all or even give us a menu, they were just chit chatting as if we weren't there. We were there about 10 minutes before our waitress took care of us
We ordered steak that is overcooked and overpriced. The African American server was rude and does not listen. She knew the food was bad and was not very accommodating. We went there to celebrate my birthday and I didn't even get to eat. They overcharged us and audacity of your server calling me rude after I asked her to take back the ice cream I did not want in the first place. I will not recommend this place to anyone and will not go here ever again. She is lucky we still tipped her even with her ghetto behavior. DO BETTER AS A RESTAURANT. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE!

Don't waste your money this establishment is beyond basic and the food is the worst.
I first experienced the Sugar Factory in Vegas and it was AMAZING. So I was very excited to try the one at Westgate. However it sucked. The patties for the rainbow sliders were half the size of the buns, the chicken with the pasta was dry, and the rice with the fajitas was gross. Our food came out at all different times. So by the time everyone at the table had food the first person was done eating. The music was all in Spanish, and the bartender was eating the whole the time we were there.
We were there on a Friday night at 7pm, the place was dead. You spend $200 on dinner with no appetizer or alcohol you expect a better experience. I was very disappointed.
It was just as other reviewers described as having slow service and OK food, but I went with it because it was so convenient to the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel. 3 minute walk. Can't beat that. But we did have to wait almost 20 minutes to be seated even with reservations and a half empty restaurant (the hostess has to set up the tables), another 15 minutes to get a server, and when the food finally came it was just good enough but not delicious. Large parties tend to eat here which contributes to slow service, however, knowing this, the restaurant could staff up especially on weekends but they did not.
Brought my niece here for her 10th birthday. Her drink took 25 minutes and the food was salty and gross. Server rarely stopped by to check on us. Overall very poor experience and I wouldn't recommend eating here.
Service was very slow, had to ask numerous times to order food, never received drink refills,
