They took about 10 minutes just to seat us. We didn't even get a greeting when we came in. They just kept walking by us. When we got to sit down, gave us our menu. We felt like we were rushed to order. Ordered our drinks, the only person who was nice was the person who poured our drinks. They didn't even check on us. We waited another 10 minutes for our check. It wasn't a very pleasurable experience. The drinks were good. That's about it. Wish it was better. We just came for the drinks.

My daughter was going through a hard time and this place really made her forget about all of it! Food was amazing our server was courteous and over all experience was awesome for both of us!
I absolutely love the sugar factory at west gate ! Its so cute & perfect for birthdays ! The manager Kelly is amazing, & so so friendly! I definitely recommend this restaurant
