Went in and ordered my food and got my drink immediately, but waited 20 minutes and never got my food. 4 people walked in after me ordered and got their food while I was still waiting. I finally said something and they told me they were backed up with online orders. Which i understood because I’ve worked in fast food, but that still doesn’t explain why 4 people that came in 10 min after me with orders bigger than mine were served before me.

This specific Taco Bell on 59th avenue and Northern was clean and had plenty of seating. The staff was efficient and polite. If Taco Bell is what you want, this store is about as good as any.

I ordered my food this morning 2 separately ordered approximately 8:40 i spent total of $27 and moreb one worker by the name of Rapenzo, not sure if i spell it right! I ask her a question because the last food i order which was $15.06 came i wasn't sure what was in the bag when she handled it to me i asked her what was it she replied to me makes me feel so horrible worthless the way she responded to me i ask her why she talking to me that way she was like i get what i give, she make mesk myself what did i do ? I ask for her name she responded again that she doesn't have a name the i spoke wuth another worker by the name of Briseida i asked her who is the manager she said it her then i ask did she hear what she was saying to me she was like i heard it but she's a manger too meaning she can't help the situation she didn't even say sorry the way she talked to me ir trying even to make me feel better by comforting me i left with disappointment from the way i served and and approached by simple question that wasn't hurting no one they were very rude no one deserves to be treated that way.

There were some super annoying people and they handled them very well and with much patience. Our food was great too.
I wanted to try the chicken because of the commercials. Honestly, I didn't think it was very good. More breading than chicken. Not all white meat. I did like my chicken enchilada burrito.

I oder the same thing pretty much every time. I stopped adding sour cream to my pizza because by the time I get home I find out it's not on there this time I added steak and sour cream and neither one of them are on there.
