I ordered a chicken grilled cheese burrito, and they put beef instead, then the guy lied about it and said he put chicken, you can clearly see one is beef one is chicken. And not only that they were so rude when I came back, sliding the window shut loudly, giving attitude, no apologies. I understand messing up but at least admit it and show respect. Especially when I have to pay extra for more sour scream, which looks like they didn’t even add, and to switch out beef for chicken.

Entered the parking lot about 12:15am and was nearly struck by a car who was aggressively pulling out of a parking space. Once I placed my order I pulled to the window and overheard the employees talking about that car in which I was informed it was another employee who about took the front end of my car off. A 17 year old girl in a blue sedan and the employee was even saying the girl deserves a lesson with how erratic her behavior is

There was soooo much lettuce I went to find the meat and found a soggy chip within my meat in my taco Took it inside Snarky smarmy little punk working there No offer to replace No apology Two tacos produced that much salad Third taco found the meat AND soggy chip AND why doesn’t he cover his beard?
I will mention also that they barked loudly as I was leaving drive thru Denied it when I went in to get a spoon for my beans Oh they don’t have spoons only forks

Ordered 3 crunchy beef tacos. Barely any shredded cheese. You could how many pieces of cheese on 1 hand. Asked for hot sauce but receiver fire sauce. Had to ask for a receipt as well. Won't be back.

Just ordered 3 crunchy tacos via the drive thru. The recipt wasnt given to me, and was crumpled up and when I asked for it was told sorry which I guess is fine.
What isn't fine is only having maybe 8-10 pieces of shredded cheese on my taco. Ton of lettuce but no cheese.
Won't be coming back.
