It’s a love hate relationship with this Taco Bell location. I order from this location once per week every week. Every single week they either completely forget items or make them incorrectly. Yes I can get reimbursed through the app but it doesn’t help when a member of my family has nothing to eat.

So you have to order through a kiosk to get a receipt they want your email or your phone number. I don’t feel like Taco Bell needs that stuff for me to get a couple beans burritos and a couple tacos. Ridiculous.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered taco and burrito multifaceted plus 1 soda. Cashier Angeluca G provided me with the wrong drink and refused to correct the issue. She said I was wrong and needed to leave the drive thru. I tried to hand the drink back to her but it got dropped. When I went to go inside the lobby they refused to fix their mistakes or refund my order. I left my entire order at the front counter and I have contacted corporate and canceled the food order on my Amex Gold card ... so tired of entitled kids thinking they just don't have to do the right thing....a very dissatisfied customer.

I ate taco bell for the first time sometime last week at this location and my experience was unforgettable. It was quick to get my food and the food tasted amazing!!! Nice workers and overall a clean community.

Slowest taco bell.... $3 order for me. Waiting 13 minutes for truck ahead of me. Cook that food! So I pull up after this truck right, pay thinking my food's done cuz it's been 20 minutes.... Nope I proceed to wait another 3 minutes as they cook my food. Cooking food to order is cool cooking all the food you have on your freaking screen is cool too. Hire some competent humans at this

There seems to be only one server in the store currently. It says online that drive though is open, but when we went up to it, he said they are only taking mobile and door dash orders right now. We pull to the front of the store and order through door dash pick up. After probably 15-20 minutes, it finally said it was ready for pickup. We go back through the drive through, and he tells us that it was already picked up. I showed him that it still states that it is "ready" on my order. He started arguing with me about how door dash works. He told me that my food is "picked up" by a driver, and then delivered to my house. I tried explaining to him that there is a pick up option and a delivery option and we clearly have the pickup option shown on my phone. He still didn't understand and told us that there is nothing he can do. Called door dash and they have no idea what the guy did and why he didn't understand how door dash worked. If he gave the order to someone else, he didn't even mark it as "picked up" on the app. Taco Bell should also clearly put that they are not taking normal drive through orders at the drive through. While we were waiting for our food, there were so many people going through and being told that they couldn't order. We left. Did not want to give them our business.
