This is possibly the slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to. A bunch of people came in and used the kiosks after I had submitted my own easy order by phone. Not sure why they all got served first. And now I discover my enchilada burrito has no sauce. Insanity!

Holy cow I waited over 30 minutes to get my order. They seemed to be working fast back there but they were only getting an order out ever 5 minutes.
There are a bunch of other angry customers waiting with me right now. There goes my whole lunch break. Never coming back to this location.
Also out of sauces and my warm soda has no ice.... Terrible management.

If I could rate this 0 I would. I was doing uber and the lobby was closed (which I totally get), but I ended up waiting in the drive through line for 20 minutes for a one meal order. If your customers are gonna have huge $100 orders send them to a parking spot or something so we don’t all have to wait. I ended up having to cancel it because I was wasting more time and gas than it was worth.

I can't believe they shrunk the portion of meat AGAIN. $15 for a combo that's mostly lettuce & pita. Last time giving this company my money. Congrats for joining McDonald's on my list of negative value restaurants. Enjoy your short term profits.

It's definitely a great experience. The restaurant is a lot more clean than any other place I have been to. I ordered 15 different items the other day and every single one of them were on point. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this location it is a little more remote but it's also in a nicer area and you will feel safer and get better service. Every place has its faults but that's just how it is on the workforce nowadays. Thank you for the opportunity and I am grateful to be a part of the amazing experience,and I look forward to coming here as much as possible moving forward. Service was very fast, employees friendly, and the inside of the restaurant is very clean.
It’s a love hate relationship with this Taco Bell location. I order from this location once per week every week. Every single week they either completely forget items or make them incorrectly. Yes I can get reimbursed through the app but it doesn’t help when a member of my family has nothing to eat.

So you have to order through a kiosk to get a receipt they want your email or your phone number. I don’t feel like Taco Bell needs that stuff for me to get a couple beans burritos and a couple tacos. Ridiculous.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered taco and burrito multifaceted plus 1 soda. Cashier Angeluca G provided me with the wrong drink and refused to correct the issue. She said I was wrong and needed to leave the drive thru. I tried to hand the drink back to her but it got dropped. When I went to go inside the lobby they refused to fix their mistakes or refund my order. I left my entire order at the front counter and I have contacted corporate and canceled the food order on my Amex Gold card ... so tired of entitled kids thinking they just don't have to do the right thing....a very dissatisfied customer.

I ate taco bell for the first time sometime last week at this location and my experience was unforgettable. It was quick to get my food and the food tasted amazing!!! Nice workers and overall a clean community.
