February 12th, 2024: After standing at the counter for over ten minutes (I began timing myself after standing at the front counter for an uncomfortable amount of time) without being greeted, I had to flag down the lady with the headset. She came over, was very rude and told me she could not help me to take my order, as she said we can only order from the kiosk. After telling the lady I only have cash she walked away from me and did not return.Seriously I’m just hungry and want to buy food, this is ridiculous

My entire visit there was a young lady standing behind the counter. She told me I had to order at the self service machines, she could not take my order at the counter. Once I ordered the receipt did not get text to my phone. So I ask the clerk ( after about two minutes), "excuse me do know if my order when through, I did not get a text receipt." The clerk said, "I have no way to check!" ... Wait for it... I had to hold my tongue. Then I ask politely. "Hmm, I hope it worked. Would you be willing to ask if the cook line got the order."Maybe this was a new employee, who knows. As an employee of any company or organization when you wear a uniform there is no real way for customers to know if you have worked at a company for 1 day, 1 year, or longer. You represent that organizations. Standing cross-armed behind a register (or at least where the registers have been at this particular Taco Bell for the past 6 years) is not a professional or welcoming imagine. We must be mindful of our actions. Taco Bell, replacing all registers with self order machine is offensive. I will avoid this Taco Bell in the future.

I asked for 2 packs of Cinnamon balls and she quite literally gave me 2 tiny little balls of cinnamon. This is outrageous. They were also 2 dollars each?!? For one cinnamon ball??? Violation.- Merve girl from Turkey

I now remember why I don’t go here anymore. Why did I just pay $11 for lettuce and bread?… and didn’t even put a dent in my hunger?…. Why did my my regular taco have 5 times more beef in it than my crunch wrap supreme that was filled with lettuce? Cashier forgot to give me my drink and didn’t even apologize about it when going back. Not going back to Taco Bell again and this was just a reminder on why I stopped to start with.

Definitely avoid this place! I ordered through Uber Eats 2 days and both days I had my order canceled and money on hold waiting for the refund. Understanding that it could be an app error, I drove and walked in to this location to order.While attempting to place an order, I realized that some items were not on the menu. I spoke to a worker and their manager and they both said that these are "Online Only" and are unable to place and make my order unless I do an online order. ?!?I've worked in the fast food industry and that is probably one of the worst response and customer service I have seen. As other people will see this review, you not only lost my business, but theirs as well. (:

Been going here for years since it is so close to my house. I think I will drive further from now on. Every time ..... and I do mean every time, my order is either missing something or something is made totally wrong. Usually I catch it but sometimes I miss something. It's not my job to have to check. I've had a Mexican Pizza made with a corn tortilla, custom burritos written on that it was custom but wasn't, simple requests. Each time I give feedback through the app and even ask for someone to call me and they never do. Biggest problem here is ownership, very poor ownership.

Went there to pick up a doordash order that should've been ready when i arrived. There were 4 guys in the lobby ordering food when i walked in the lobby, and they all had their food before my order was even started, as well as every drive thru customer was served... Guess I'm not on your clock and these orders don't pay enough to add another 15 minutes wait time. The kid at the counter told me it's because "larger orders get made last"... It was literally 6 items. That's just bad business, next time I'll cancel the order so another driver can pick up cold food if you can't respect our time.

The lady here at the drive through is super rude and disrespectful. I had politely asked for my drink carrier to be doubled up as it was barely holding up when she had tried to give it to me then proceeded to give me more drinks without any carrier to which I asked if I could get one and have that one doubled as well. She responded with so much attitude as her response looking at me was "AnYthiNG ElSe??" I don't understand why I deserved that response or attitude as I was just trying to make sure the drinks in my vehicle didn't spill. Very disappointed and this employee doesn't give off the Tacobell way vibes. The saddest part is I'm pretty sure she was a manager too :/
