Not user friendly computer kiosk where not in service and I was not asked or able too place my order in person the counter help said hold on let me get some one I was left waiting for nothing no food no apology wow zero dollars wasted time

I always go here but tonight my food had hair In it I was respectful even told her what I did eat don’t charge me for she was pissed off wanted all my info first&last with phone number wanted to only pay me for the food that had hair in until I said no just give me my money back due to her rudeness also I’m very sick contagious right now I told the cashier she literally took the food back dug her hands in the food and inspected it for the hair that I half swallowed and threw up into the container kept the box for “ evidence “ I didn’t want it but I’m sick and contagious I will never return not because the hair but because of her attitude

Why do I keep wasting my time and money at this location, I've never had an issue at 43rd and Olive or 43rd and Bell but this location is consistently bad, this is the 3rd or 4th time they've charged me for a supreme taco but made it plain, one time they forgot the nachos, but tonight the beef Chalupa supreme had literally no beef on it. I've reached out on the app before but what's the point, no response, the employees don't care, management doesn't care, the franchise owners don't care. Done with this location.

Horrible experience at this place Talked to the manager to get some remakes on there en n bed and still got horrible food Manager at night shift was a bit upset like it was coming out of her own pocket to remake some food that they messed up on in the beginning Today 9-6-2025 at approximately 12:35 pm

They don’t have enough people working. It’s a Friday night and there are long lines but they only have 3 people working. I had a long enough wait to write reviews on 2 separate platforms. I did use the mobile app and ordered 10 minutes ahead of arriving.

I order a supreme wrap. When I saw it was all flat. It is missing the tostada that was on there. When I opened it .... there was basically nothing. They workers didn't even prepare it right.
