Very disappointed with this location. "Lisa R" would not allow me to fill my own clean tumbler with water in the lobby after I ordered. She said only taco bell cups they give you are allowed. This logic makes no sense because their system does not touch the cup below yet anybody can add anything they want to their cup if it was a taco bell drink cup and have splashback if that's truly the reasoning. This is why other chains have enacted programs to reduce waste if you bring your own clean container, the nerve of this lady to say I could've just picked my cup out of a dumpster outside.
This is an obvious tactic for them to sell more drinks and it's inhumane for taco bell to allow a franchise to do this in the southern Arizona desert that is regularly over 100°. I see there is no review option on my receipt which is another disappointing move by taco bell to trace down verifiable customer reviews.

Clean store, and very friendly staff, with efficient work ethic. Easy access off the main road, plenty of parking with handicap accessible pay and entry. You will need to ask for a key to enter the bathrooms, which are kept very clean. No complaints with our meal either.
Went in at 6:50pm to order and had to use the bathroom was told it was being cleaned I then asked how long it would take then employee told me with an attitude i was not allowed to use it even after it wad done being cleaned

Rude customer service. The employee rather than greeting you as soon as you walk in just sent me to the kiosk using a rude attitude. Its unfortunate that nowadays people dont wont to do the work no wonder why kiosk are replacing human beings.

Gave order to wrong person refused to remake it even after I offered to pay for it myself (was a pickup for someone else) employees were rude and laughed at me when I asked them to work with me to make the issue right

I ordered with door dash and you guys need to stop being afraid to put cheese on things. I pay for extra cheese and there was absolutely no cheese on my burrito. Learn to read the damn ticket!
