I have ordered twice from this location on uber eats and both times they messed up my order. First time they gave me someone else’s order and today for a second time they forgot half my order. That’s 100% horrible service from this location 2 for 2. . If it’s convenience we pay for then it should be accommodated 100%. Considering the charges we have to fork to uber eats on top of hopes that the fast food chain we get it from are up to par it’s always a crap shoot and service should not be like that. I as a business manager am tired of the mediocre work ethic we have to pay for in these establishments. What happened to quality of work and having some pride and accountability in what you do. Especially if it’s being delivered and no way to retreive the items forgotten. Yeah thanks for the refund that isn’t immediately refunded. Unless it’s Uber cash. How convenient for them to keep my money or I have to wait. Time and money is wasted along with patience when simple orders become rocket science. Fix this please. Your location unfortunately is the only one closest to my house.

The worst, and probably dumbest employees I’ve ever encountered. Genuinely makes me terrified for the state of society.

Horrible experience. We waited in line for 30 minutes for our order (that we had placed in the app). 2 tacos and a quesadilla. When we got to the window they said it was being made. What??? I could have made an entire pan of taco meat at home in that amount of time. They said “Sorry we are in a rush” There were two girls at the window and one was just on her phone. Absolutely crazy. It’s fast food. If I wanted or had the time to wait 30 minutes I wouldn’t have ordered a head and I would have gone to a sit down restaurant. We left without our food.

It's hard to BS a former manager of TB, but the last visit was bad. Why is there only 1 cash drawer open? The drive thru. No one had a drawer in the front. That means unless the customer makes their own order and then pay electronically, you won't get food. Card or no food. No drawer means no cash payments. That means the store doesn't get cash sales!
Also, the digital order menu doesn't have all the options, so I could not get what I wanted. More so, if we make our own order and take the time to navigate the menu, why can't the cooks follow the directions? I can't eat dairy, but I had sour cream, cheese, and nacho cheese on my taco and chalupa and burrito. Also, the lifetime of chalupas is 15 mins because they get hard after that. My chalupa was hard and barely warm. I always, and I mean that, always get my burrito grilled, but I did not get them grilled even though I chose that option in the menu.
Feedback at the store is useless since the managers can't fix these issues, not that they won't, although they should.
Feedback needs to be online and posted so everyone can see, including the brand.
Get someone who knows how to talk to customers in the front! Have more cash drawers than just the DT. Make sure the orders are correct! Follow tacobell guides on food prep and times!

It's not hard to work at Taco Bell.

First I had a cantina chicken meal (supposed to be in the box) but I received it in a bag which is fine because I got my food. Second, I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and they gave me a regular burrito. The burrito did not have any cheese on it. I paid 5.19 cents for a 2 dollar burrito. The Taco Bell on northern is way better.

Waited over 40 minutes for a mobile order that was just 7 items. They said they were backed up but there were only three customers in the lobby and 4 cars in the drive thru. Only three employees working! Two females working the drive thru were laughing the entire time. Completely immature behavior and staff. No mangers at all and kept pushing my order back. Two customers that came in after me got their order before me. The kitchen looked like they hadn’t cleaned it in weeks. Cups were on the floor and one employee was sitting around. Just a bunch of kids working with attitude. The worst service ever at a Taco Bell!

Only problem I have with this new Taco Bell is that when you go to drive through the staff will ask you if you would like taco sauce when you inform you respond yes, pull over the check to make sure your food is right I didn't get my taco sauce

Taco Bell 022003, order 64a342
#9
No tomatoes on pizza
No lettuce, no tomatoes on tacos
2 crunchy tacos
1 bean burrito
7 Fire Sauce
6 Mild Sauce

All 4 taco shells were stale. Pizza had tomatoes. Taco had lettuce on it through cross contamination. Given Fire sauce and Hot sauce, no mild. The employees at this location either just don't care, need further training, or are just plain stupid. But somehow, they deserve higher pay?! Minimum skill deserves minium pay. Plain and simple.

I tried to contact Taco Bell via both website and app, but it won't allow me to. Seems like they block complaints or negative feedback.

Every time I get a Mexican pizza or tostada, the toppings/sauce are ALL to one side of the box as if they put it in the bag sideways and shook up purposely. Have been there now almost 10 different times and this happens EVERY single time.
I don’t understand why it keeps happening- I usually open it within second after leaving the drive-through and it looks like they just threw it in the bag.

I went back in today to give them another chance - and when I pulled out of the drive-through with the bag flat on my lap still, parked and opened it- and this is what I see(picture)! Like how hard is it to just put the toppings on there I don’t understand. The lady at the drive-through window did not put it sideways.

I was so annoyed I walked back into the store, showed the drive-through worker that I just saw- she went over to talk to the two ladies working making the food and said something to them in Spanish- then she comes back and tells me it’ll be remade. I didn’t even necessarily want it. I just told her this keeps happening and I wanted to know why. It legitimately seems like they are just pissed off at their jobs or something. The two ladies at the lake station kept looking over and giggling at me. And then handed me my food didn’t apologize nothing. I’m not eating it of course because I don’t have a clue what they could’ve done to the food and by the way, they were acting. I definitely don’t trust it now. Tried to call the store to speak to a manager and nobody answers the phone. Went onto the corporate website and put another complaint in. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I get it’s just cheap fast food but it’s the point of it. I wasn’t rude or mean or Karen at all so unsure why they continuously keep messing up the food purposely. Will not be going will start just going to Del taco instead.

The white dude who looks like he's wearing shoulder pads was impatient and rude. If you don't like the job or have patience for customers, don't work there. Makes the whole taco experience have a bad atmosphere.
