Use the app to order online was told our order be ready by 12:17 we did not get our order till 12:34 place was not busy and we actually sat there and waited. Took over 3 minutes to even get noticed waiting at the counter I just think the app could be a little bit better with working with the employees in the store. I do understand there would be some wait time but I didn't expect an extra 15 minutes for an order

Placed order through the app, indicated a pickup time at 1:07 pm, got there at 1:00, had to wait 25 minutes for order. The staff was doing there best, but they were obviously understaffed, there was just the 2 of them working busy lunch crowd. An obvious management issue.

Absolutely the worst location in this town. I can honestly say I’ve never had a positive experience at this place, the only reason I’m stopping here today is because I had to stop by AutoZone and my wife wanted me to pick something up for her…
And wouldn’t you know.. they have an improved one bit.

Asked for no ice on my mtn dew main thing I go to tbell for! And got ice :/ and also asked for hot sauce for my 5$ box didn’t get any either wow it’s like they can’t listen two main things I go to tbell for besides the food no ice and hot sauce listen better guys

Came in today to pick up door after 7 min of standing there all employees looking at you no one speaks or even ask you to wait for moment this place has the worst customer service everytime I go there I really wish door dash start getting rid of these restaurants
