Waited 20 minutes for some nachos. There were 3 people in the lobby. I get home and 2 of the 3 nachos are just chips with cheese slopped over it and a tiny bit of beef. No sour cream. No quac. Tried to call to rectify the order but it seems as if they took their phone off the hook so nobody can call. Worst experience I've ever had here.

Walked in to get a quick burrito. No customers waiting. Went up to the counter. The lady told me I need to use the kiosk because she’s too busy to help me. I don’t like using the kiosk because it asked for too many damn things from you. So I just walked out. Went to the drive-through. Nobody in the drive-through! What the hell was she busy with? Very very poor service. I don’t usually give bad reviews. But I think she just didn’t like the color of my skin.

It’s kids running the show who don’t really care. Food is always a mess with half wrapped burritos and either too much or too little food in the shells of tacos or burritos. It is what it is- kids running fast food.

Food was exceptional! But I told the young Manager about how cold it was in the Dining Room and did nothing about it. I absolutely HATE the Kiosk system.
Bad experience workers were fighting our food is sloppy and wrong they gave us a completely different order and we waiting half an hour. No drinks either

There are times l simply crave Taco Bells version of food, and then there's reality. I won't eat here often, but l always enjoy myself on those rare occasions when my judgement fails.

Astonishing terrible. I have tried this location two times, and both times my order is incorrect and inedible. I order vegetarian options and both times there has ground beef in it. When I bring it to their attention, they offer me a ground beef taco. The incompetence is insane to me.
