I ordered at 11:00AM on a Tuesday, no one in line. When I got to the window I realized I only had $100 bill in cash and asked the lady if she could break a hundred - Otherwise I’d use my card. She rolled her eyes and yelled “There’s people behind you!” as one single car pulled up to the order window, they hadn’t even rolled down their window to order yet, while I’m at the pay window. She walked away and another worker had to come take my money. The food was cold on the inside, frozen cold, like a hot pocket that hadn’t been cooked. I never got my drink, got zero of the hot sauces I requested or any hot sauce at all, and no napkins or utensils. I’ve never been to a less busy Taco Bell, I’m always polite and very aware and conscious of other guests. I didn’t think my question was absurd or uncalled for. Hands down the worst Taco Bell in the area.

Absolutely horrible! Food was cold, incorrect, lacking any of the ingredients and I stood at the counter for 10 min to place my order when they finally told me to use the kiosk! There was no one in the drive thru or inside!As we are eating, they are at the counter now talking bad about a customer. Will never come back here again! No wonder it's always empty here. Surprised they are still here.

Distinguished strong disgusting human pee odor in dining room as soon as you walk in and slaps you in the face when you walk in the door the smell is so nasty I couldn't stomach and tolerate it to eat there for a meal with very putrid human pee

I’m not one to complain but man did they do me wrong! I did nothing but be nice and had a very simple order also had my payment ready before I got to the window! The only reason they would be mad enough to do this was because I said no to rounding up my change. They threw my food in the bag and as I reached in it got all over me and my car. This was uncalled for Taco Bell.

I typically go through the drive through and sometimes it is hard for the employee to hear what I'm saying. Sometimes I have to drive up to ask about their box deals (and what's in them). *** I rarely go in, they are on Thurderbird (busy street). When I have gone in, it doesn't seem warm or comforting. I just reccomened using the drive through.

I go to this Taco Bell a lot because it’s close to my home and every single time that I go there they messed up my order and I called them and I told them that and then they offered to remake it and this time they left my burrito tortillas on their plate warmer for far too long so it burnt my tortillas And again I called him and told them about it and they said they were gonna replace it and when I got there, they said we already replaced multiple items for you don’t come back anymore it’s like OK well, maybe if you got your food right I wouldn’t have to be calling you about your food being messed up. The store is not even that busy for the neglect that they have on their quality of product . They don’t even obtain to core standards are used to work at Taco Bell and this Taco Bell is terrible and their service is horrible. This picture is my burrito supreme a six dollar burrito didn’t even have sour cream inside of it and was like soup they must have just made their beans didn’t even let them sit. It was completely water down. It was terrible.

I love the food from this location. The quality for Taco Bell at this location is high compared to others. I seriously drive 40 mins across town just to come here, I enjoy it that much. I think you will too.

Okay, so I never ever ever go to Taco Bell. I was feeling a little off today about things so I stopped by this Taco Bell location for a crunch wrap meal and some cinnamon twists. The young man who was at the window and taking orders was the sweetest! He had the most genuine greeting in the drive thru and was so pleasant when I pulled up to his window. He even made eye contact (even though I had reflective sun glasses on). What a nice kid...made my day! Calling me ma'am, was all smiles, lots of thank you's. I could tell he was a hard worker and very respectful. Whoever handed him the bag forgot to put the cinnamon twists in there...but I just don't care at this moment. He was SO nice. When my daughter grows up, he's the kind of guy I want her to date. Respectful. Good eye contact. Polite. Patient. Good heart. Give that boy a management position! I visited on 10/30/23 at 4:15pm. I may have to go back again.
