Honestly, I really enjoy Taco Bell, but this location was very disappointing. I'm new to the area, and for a first-time visit, im probably not going back. I ordered a build your own deluxe box, but received no box. All my items were just thrown in a big bag. Then the beefy 5 layer burrito and crunchwrap I ordered had no beef. Then the drive-thru worker was all raggedy and had their belly out. Overall, it just wasn't a great experience. I'm a big fan of Taco Bell, but this visit was pretty disappointing.

What a waste of my time. I waited at the front for 20 minutes trying to get anyone to help me so I could place an order and pay in cash. A line cook kept telling their manager that someone was waiting. The lady working the window was so rude and had an attitude. Very much made me feel like an inconvenience for wanting to spend my money with them. After spending my whole lunch break waiting to order two tacos she came over and said “well you didn’t place the order so you’ll have to wait”. Had she asked me at any time in the 20 minutes of waiting and told me to use the self checkouts to pay in cash I would have done so. I walked out with no food, and a bad taste in my mouth. Horrible customer service. As I left there weee 3 more customers waiting in line to do the same thing I did. You’re better off going anywhere else

Hardly any meat on the tacos. The dine room was dirty. The soda fountain area was dirty and the sauce containers were not stocked. The bathroom was dirty and the trash bin was piling up. Dine room was empty and hardly any people in drive thru. Two employees were just outside talking and others inside were just standing not doing much.

They are literally outta baja every night. Me and my wife come here sometime to feed the family and spend over $40 bucks every time. But the cashiers are always in like a sour additude. Literally come to taco bell for baja blast and they have been out 3 times we've been here in the past month.

The service I received a few days ago at this location was absolutely the standard of what Taco Bell strives to be. The food was fresh and hot and I would highly recommend this location. The manager here is on top of her game!

Yall need to get rid of those orange Matt's. I have seen so many of your employees trip over them. They are like 2in tall with no slope.

I was so disappointed, I ordered online a bowl and customized it by taking a few items off like the chicken I waited until it was ready and went and picked it up, I went back to my car opened the bag to realize they had only put rice, potato, and beans (BTW the beans where in a clump and even after mixing the bowl the beans where still in a clump so unappetizing and the rice was dry the potatoes where surprisingly good tho) nothing else, I went back inside to ask them to add the other items that they did NOT put even tho I ordered them, waited about 4 min just to go back into the car and find out they had given me two containers with lettuce in them . I sorry where are the other items ?? Safe to say I will not spend my money here ever again.

It is literally so cold in this store I can see my breath. Not to mention they've cranked out 10 cars in the drive thru but I'm the only one in the store and waiting for my food still. Pretty awful.

This Taco Bell has got to be the worst location in the Glendale area. Asked for extra potatoes on our tacos and we literally got 4 on the whole taco. It seems they have a problem with people asking for extra of an item and even tho they payed for it. They give them a ridiculous amount less. This place needs to fire everyone and hire some more people who actually understand fast food and keeping the customer a priority. Especially nice customers who pay for their meal.
