Terrible customer service. Checked in online and wasn't acknowledged by any of the staff and the front desk was not being attended by anyone. Most of staff deliberately ignored me and my sister. No sense of urgency or hustle. Unless they start hiring people with common sense it will not get better.

Said this is a joke I stood here for 10 minutes at the front counter and I wasn't acknowledged for an entire 10 minutes. Then they told them that I am here for my order 10 minutes later of being ignored and someone says they're putting it together after the next order. So altogether I'm here for 30 minutes for a tiny order. Could you possibly hire worse people. I have pictures if you like with them standing there ignoring me with garbage all over the floor and I mean everywhere behind the cash register the cooking area Drive-In window area garbage receipts food all over the floor. Health code violation and no one's using gloves. I'm the only person here and still can't get help.

Restaurant appears busy because of line in drive thru... Really what was happening is the cashier was telling drive thru customers to wait instead of taking orders as they pulled up. While waiting for my food at the window she was just talking to co workers. This means others are skipping the restaurant because it looks busy. This was a top notch TB but I'm not so sure anymore.Transaction was on 7/29 at 1:51 PM which is still during lunch rush hours. I know some GMs tell staff to do this to control window times.

The late night drive through cashier was very very rude to me last night and called me a fat cow told me to go for a jog, don't go here after midnight thier a bunch of meanies.

If I wanted to work here I would get a job here, no customer service to take your order,👎 said if you want to eat here you have to order on our kiosk,😭 which I hate doing, anyways after I finally completed my order, of course as expected my food came out wrong and cold and extremely skimpy ( like maybe 1/2 an ounce of taco meat) when I brought it up to the employee she replied, you must have ordered wrong and you got the same amount that everyone else gets.😱🤬 I will never visit this location again.

⭐ Review: Extremely Disappointed with Service and Quality
I had an awful experience at this location. I went through the drive-through and ordered a taco, being kind and friendly with the cashier. When I got home, I realized it was the wrong taco — so I drove all the way back. I was frustrated but still polite. They gave me another taco… and it was wrong again.
When I calmly pointed it out, the employee (who I later found out was the manager) reached into my car, snatched the food from my hand, and threw it in the garbage. Completely unacceptable behavior.
I called on my way home to speak with a manager, only to find out that he was the manager, and his response was: “If you don’t like it, don’t come back to my store.”
To top it off, the taco I ended up with had dried-up chicken that tasted like it had been sitting out for hours.
I will absolutely be contacting corporate about this experience. This kind of treatment — especially from someone in a leadership role — is shocking and completely unprofessional.
Ordered a Mexican pizza with no tomatoes and add sour cream then have me a regular one....ibhad ri drive back to the store to ask for it to be remade since they charged me for the sour cream. The remake was terrible they didn't even melt the cheese on top. I threw it away.

Honestly, I really enjoy Taco Bell, but this location was very disappointing. I'm new to the area, and for a first-time visit, im probably not going back. I ordered a build your own deluxe box, but received no box. All my items were just thrown in a big bag. Then the beefy 5 layer burrito and crunchwrap I ordered had no beef. Then the drive-thru worker was all raggedy and had their belly out. Overall, it just wasn't a great experience. I'm a big fan of Taco Bell, but this visit was pretty disappointing.
