I've been buying food from them for 4 years now. The last few times have been a bit of a miss. Tonight though! I'm beyond pissed. First of all I went there craving a chicken super burrito and was charged that price. Just to open the bag and get the wrong order. I live right around the corner so about 5 minutes. We go back and tell them. And what happens? They make what was supposed to be a chicken super burrito, The size was definitely not what it used to be. So I bite into it and ask I could taste was rice and pico. So I unroll the burrito and to my surprise theres little to no chicken in my burrito and the little that was in it was diced smaller then the chunks of tomato in it. I mean the chicken pieces where the size of a petite diced tomato. And there was only about a tablespoon of chicken in it. The super burrito comes with your choice of meat, Then beans, rice, pico, avocado and sour cream. So I got a burrito that had nothing but pico, rice and little chicken. So we go back again. And she says that she ran out of chicken that's why it was like that. Now ma'am. If that was the case and your willing to cook more chicken and it take 10 minutes, Why not say that the first time instead of ripping me off. 3x in less then 40 minutes is crazy to me. Not once offered a refund or anything. Just wait 10 more minutes and they will make it again for the 3rd time. I'm very disappointed because I've been eating there for 4 years. Just got the 3rd burrito. Hopefully this is legit. I'm looking now....11:58
Update: It's 12:03am AND IT'S WRONG AGAIN! NO BEANS AND VERY LITTLE MEAT. I'M ABOUT TO BLOW A GASKET
Good food great price, it's a street taco stand so not a lot of seating, but you can take your food to go, all in all good experience.

Asked for flour like 3 times, still was given corn tortillas. It was past 2 a.m so still ate them no choice.
When we pulled up to Tacos Al Pastor, it seemed like the staff had just come back from smoking weed in the back. Unfortunately, that same lack of focus carried over into the food.
The service didn’t help either—the girl at the window was very rude, unwelcoming, and didn’t seem interested in being there. We ordered our food to go, but even then the attitude left a bad taste before the food ever did.
We ordered the quesabirrias, which came out looking messy and thrown together. Instead of being rich and flavorful, they were burnt, dry, and completely lacking in taste. The pastor tacos, which should be the truck’s signature, were equally disappointing—the meat was dry, flavorless, and felt like they were made without any real passion.
To make matters worse, our total came out to over $90, which felt outrageous for what didn’t seem like a lot of food. For the price they’re charging, the quality just doesn’t match up. Honestly, you can get much better and more authentic food at spots like Ta Carbon or Joe’s Tacos, and at an equally priced point.
It’s especially sad because when this place first opened, the quality was noticeably better. It seems like ownership may have changed over the years, and the passion that once made this truck great has disappeared.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. I truly want to support small businesses, but Tacos Al Pastor needs to seriously re-focus on quality, flavor, service, and consistency if they want to live up to their name and prices.
Super burrito and tacos were amazing!!!

Excelente servicio y Muy ricos tacos 🌮
Save your money and time. We dined at the location and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a food truck place. The girl taking the orders was rude and very unprofessional. They didn't have any supplies, no cold drinks, no straws for the drinks they are selling. The food was so bad and VERY overpriced. Ordered a carne asada burrito and the meat was hard & tasteless. I couldn't even finish it. The cucumbers and radishes looked like someone chewed them and spit them out. Out total was $80+ for 3 quesabirrias and 3 burritos, and 4 drinks.

You’ll get churro. Meat is real dry and disgusting! Overpriced and tacos are the smallest i’ve seen for street tacos. DISGUSTING place. Ta carbon, Taco AZ King, and even filbertos has way better tasting meat! Also, if you order drinks that require ice, they scoop the ice from the area that has the agua frescas and sodas. That’s so dirty! Looking inside where they got the ice.. it’s definitely not clean. 🤢🤮 I should have read reviews before going to try. NEVER AGAIN!

first, we were overcharged for our food. for 3 things, my fiance paid $60! he first didn’t realize how much he was charged and then i asked. after calculating how much each thing was that we got, it should have been $31 plus tax. when i asked why the price was so high and went over the price of the things we got, she came back and said it’s because we ordered stuff on the side, such as guac- however that came in our burrito, we just asked for it to be on the side. then she came back & said it was because each thing had a tax. $29 is not anywhere near being “taxed” right from $31 worth of food. i asked how much the tax was and she ended up saying “i’m sorry it’s because i charged you for two orders of fries” and hands us $10. the fries were $11 PLUS TAX, so we definitely still got shorted plus $12 because again, tax should not be $19! food was DRY AS HELL and order for the burrito was wrong. wanted to try this place again but definitely never going back. TA CARBON WOULD NEVER! should have stuck with them.

Very good! Everything was very well seasoned and food was out quick
The food is decent, but they have completely inconsistent hours one weekend. They’re open the next weekend they’re closed. They also raised the price of their tiny street tacos from $2.50 to $4 which is not worth it at all . Just not a great way to run a business.
I ordered some super nachos with pastor the portion was was good and so was the taste for the price It cost like 14 bucks after tax. The problem I had was when I got their I happened to be on my lunch break and I was in full uniform. Upon arriving to order I was stared at by the two of the three employees that were cooking and taking orders. They begin too whisper and laugh while looking over at me and I had the feeling I was not welcome simply because I was a security guard. I ordered my food and try to ignore the behavior. Honestly the way I was treated made me upset because I'm a paying customer and should be treated like everybody else. I will never come back because of my experience. Even tho the food and price were good. Even tho this food truck is close to my job. For the rest of my life I will avoid this establishment.
