HOW is some of the best food made in a little gas station kitchen? wow. Decided to stop and get some dinner on my way home, got the cabeza tacos, birria tacos, and a birria quesadilla. The quesadilla was crammed full of birria. My husband said the cabeza tacos were the best he's ever had, and especially delicious when dipped in the consomme that came with the birria. Food was also served with juicy limes along with red sauce and verde sauce. I will def be back to try more items - like the ramen birria! Don't let the gas station location fool you!

Best carne asada fries around! I'm very picky and this place has never disappointed me. Great portion size and at a great price! Fiancé also loves their wings, they also give a lot of fries on wing combo.

I have been talking El Guey "quesabirria" to my friends since I started eating their food. We usually do sit down meals when we get together, so it was a hard sell to get take-away food from a gas station. End result. They both loved it. Pastor tacos, chicky quesadilla, and of course the quesabirri and consume. We feasted. We made funny noises (a.k.a. Bob's Burgers owner's last name). Lots of nice comments about the food were made by all of us. We now have a new place to add to our rotation.

The food is amazing here. Specially the Birria and carnitas. The service is fast and customer friendly. Always like coming here for lunch or even on a late night snack. Must recommend coming here

Try it! It's legit. Food is delicious. Service was fast and friendly. I wouldn't come for the ambiance, they do provide a seating area at the front of store.
I finally went to get some tacos from this place. I was hesitant at first but reading all the positive reviews, I had to try it. I ordered the pollo tacos and was not disappointed. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. The portion per taco was spot on and the service was great. This quite possibly could be my new favorite place but I will still have to try several other items on the menu before I give this place that honor. Very good and I look forward to enjoying more of their food. Don't let the gas station out front fool you like it did me for a few years.

My first time here and I'm hooked! Been telling all my friends, family and colleagues to check them out. I went with my boyfriend and I got the quesabirria tacos and hands down, best tacos I've had. This is huge because I make Birria and I've never found any place that made it as good until I came here. The console is so flavorful and just typing about it gets my mouth watery. They also offer other great dishes and I can't wait to go back and try them out. Oh, they're horchata is bomb, sweet and cold. You don't even need to add ice. The guys working are clean, fast and friendly! What else can you ask? 100/10 and I'm a customer for liferrr!

I was very skeptical at first. But let me tell ya this is the best spot for a Quesabirria especially for this side of town. I’m mexican raised so im picky with certain mexican foods meeting my requirements & I usually have to travel to the south side of phoenix for some but this food truck blew my mind and I will definitely come back for more. They have friendly workers and the food is always fresh and hot. The flavor in the quesabirria and the broth is perfect. I’m glad I found a spot for some good mexican food (:
