I'm actually really sad to say this awesome, amazing little restaurant has been closed down. I live right up the street and noticed the sign now gone. I hope there's another location out there somewhere.

Nice little place, but you will miss it if you aren't looking for it. Cleanliness inside was great. Didn't feel dirty. Homey feeling to it. I ordered the chicken enchiladas to go. I was craving non Taco Bell food and this was across the street. Good portion amount for the price. Loved the chicken enchiladas and the rice. Beans were just ok but I still ate them of course. Will be coming back!

The tacos here are awesome! It really doesn't look like much on the outside, but they do a great job keeping things clean and tidy inside. I really recommend this place!

This place is hidden but it's the best Mexican food in this area with a super cheap price. Reccomend the green chile Toro burrito. This place actually has flavor in all their food.

My new favorite for carne asada anything, but my favorite thing so far is the carne asada nachos. The red hot sauce is good but hotter than most and the green hot sauce is delicious. Still making my way through the menu. The wait time is longer than similar restaurants but they are worth the wait.

Perfect little mom and pop place. The owners are extremely friendly and the food was amazing. You can tell they take care to make quality food at a great price. We had the enchilada burrito and nachos and the portions were large so its well worth the price. We would come here again!

Best Cali Burrito I've ever had. Carne asada was cooked to perfection, slight char and the meat was completely lean and very flavorful. The rest of the burrito was melted queso sauce and thick cut french fries inside a grilled tortilla. Their red salsa is out of this world. I've had two visits where the food was insanely high quality and will be checking out other menu items on my next visit.

Delicious and Generous Beef Chimichanga! The green sauce was wonderful with it!

Oh My Goodness:) Deliciousness:) I will be upgrading my standards and coming here from now on. I can 100% say I will coming here instead of Carolinas, Arriba's, or any other Mexican Restaurants. I ate the Sopes with rice and beans. My husband the Carne Asada Burrito and the Al Pastor Tacos, My Mom the Dry Chimichanga. Everything was so wonderful:) I loved everything from the customer service to the cute plates. This was an Awesome, Spectacular, Delicious experience. I can't wait for Saturday to try the menudo.

Freshly made corn tortillas! We tried chicken and fish tacos and chicken sopes, and all was freshly made to order. The fish tacos even had white and red onions, I love that touch. Fish was not deep fried but cooked perfectly with some sauce maybe? It was tender and juicy. The chicken was stewed chicken, tender and full of flavor from the sauce. Sopes were tender and packed with delicious chicken and all the toppings, again freshly made masa boats, crispy on outside and tender inside. Yum. Beans on the side were not so good, and the rice was kinda dry for my taste the one time we tried them, maybe it was a one time thing? Because everything else was delicious. Will try them both again. With a great tortilla you could put anything inside and it will be a good taco. ElToro Negro fills freshly made melt in your mouth tottillas with deliciously cooked meats with all the toppings and serves them up with friendly service in a clean and comfortable environment. Prices are not rock bottom but worth every delicious penny. I don't have a Mexican grandmother, but if I did I believe her home cooked food would taste just like this! Don't delay, give El Toro Negro a try, you won't be disappointed...except for kicking yourself for not trying it sooner!
