Whoever was closing 2/22/26 was extremely rude. Horrible customer service. Extremely disappointed because I am a regular here. She had zero manners and had an attitude to many customers.

Be careful!!!!! I was so happy with my service and all the employees were so nice. The drinks were delicious too! I asked if they get the tips in their jar, they hesitated and just looked at each other. This leads me to believe they do not get tips at all. DO BETTER, MANAGERS. AMAZING EMPLOYEES!! (This is illegal to not give them tips)

Got there 15 minutes before closing and they refused to serve me.

Staff are never in the front staff are always in the back kitchen no one in the front always have to wait for them to come out drinks are never stirred and not cosistent in flavor or how the staff makes them

The Taro milk tea was so good and light but still tasty - Idk why I added Boba even tho I didn't want it but it was still so good (honey boba)

The strawberry matcha was good but a little too sweet for me - coming from the strawberry - so it kind of overpowered the matcha but still not horrible!

I gave 5 star for the drinks but a 1 🌟 for customer service my daughter and I went here Sunday around 7 pm and they didn't make her drink correctly I believe she paid a little,extra for some mango mind you which she didn't get so she told the young lady with long black hair and the young lady grabbed the drink and slammed it down on the counter and said rudely I guess il remake it then ??? ! Ok lady all you had to do is add some mango work smarter not harder !!! But your rudeness wasn't needed i seen how you treated the girl before us to any how please work on your customer service.

So many good drinks to get and of course boba on top of it all. I highly recommend the Thai tea with boba as that’s my current go to drink. You can get it with a zero calorie sweetener too.

Wish I still had the pictures but this is my fav boba place I get boba from here every day since I discovered it 2 weeks ago and I ordered my usual drink with 2honey boba and 1 rainbow jelly after 45 mins it gets here with no rainbow jelly or boba so I reorder it and ask them to make sure it’s right and if possible just give me a remake for the other one after waiting an hour it shows up with again NO BOBA NO JELLYS I call the store and the woman is arguing with me saying she made the drinks right but I’m staring at my boba drink with no boba all in all I was out almost 45 bucks with fees and all that

Disgusting bobba coffee but they slushies were pretty good

Love this place, very relaxed atmosphere. I like to come here with my friends for a hangout. The fries were over seasoned and too salty for me to eat. Would order without seasoning.
