Tasty Pot Glendale

They forgot my seafood toppings on my pot and when I realized it i was getting ready to leave already. The manager's solution was to heat up the topping for me so I can take them to go... terrible customer service on the managers part. Food was good and waitress very attentive.

Today was my first time here, and I want to say the food was truly wonderful. Our waitress was incredibly caring, informative, and helpful, which made my first experience here feel welcoming and comforting. I will definitely recommend this place and be comingg back.

Amazing little spot. Delicious food, clean place, and the set up they have works great for how you order, sit, and are served. The broth was super flavorful, and they top you off if you get low ! (On Broth!)

My son and l both ordered the seafood pot and the broth was bland, tasted like water with hot spices in it! I paid $65 for our meal and politely asked for a to go bowl to take my lobster and shrimp to revamp my own ramen bowl. It’s sad bcuz a TikTok video influenced me to try this place! Never again!!

I just left and had to leave a review because my experience was so bad.

I’ve been a server/bartender for 20 years and left a 8% tip if that says something. During our meal I needed:more napkins, more water, another soda, more broth, my daughter wanted a tea, we wanted to order more dumplings. They dropped off our food and didn’t come back once.

Even though the serving staff are all 16 year olds they can still be taught basic steps of service. Even though the food is good I 100% won’t be returning.

I’ve dined in to this place for years. And I finally had to rated them a 5 stars review cus of the customer service for Tiffany. Shes beyond amazing for providing a fast, friendly, and professional service. My wife and I enjoyed a completed dinner with full satisfaction. Great job Tiffany. Thanks for taking care of us.

Really enjoyed my meal here. The Taiwanese hot pot was authentic and tasty, and the staff were very helpful, they found and returned a valuable item I left behind. I appreciate their great service and will definitely dine here again.

This is one of my favorite places to go. The broth is often very flavorful, though the quality is inconsistent, it usually ranges from good to fantastic (so its at least good no matter what in my opinion)

The service is where this place unfortunately falls short. Sometimes I have a great server, and other times they won't check up on us at all. This, to me, usually isn't an issue, but this time, my pot had run out of fuel when I was about halfway through my meal, and when I asked to have it relit, they declined to do so, making it sound like it was a chore, and saying that the only way heat could be added is to add more broth. This comes off as a little odd as my wife's pot was relit about 10 minutes into our dining as it had also went out. Without heat, the pot cools down extremely fast, especially if you still need to add food into it.

I used to love going here, even when the service was inattentive, but if we're paying $80 for a pot that won't stay heated, I don't think that's worth it.

Unfortunately I don't think we will be returning.

Beefy Hot Pot is hands down one of the best spots I’ve tried. The broth is rich and flavorful, the meat is tender, and the portions are generous. Everything tastes super fresh, and the dipping sauces take it to another level. The staff is friendly and quick, and the atmosphere makes it perfect for a chill night out or a fun dinner with friends. Definitely coming back again soon!

Foods were good, service was not great. Server was not friendly and even after bringing out the food and I said thank you the server did not even reply or look at me just walking away.

Food was decent, service was non existent. The only way to get a server to help is to flag one down, or order more food from the QR code, even then you have to be quick because they just drop it and leave. Nobody checked on us once. They didn’t even ask if we needed anything when they brought our food, even though we ordered a ton of stuff throughout the hour we spent there. This is the worst service we’ve experienced in a long time. We always tip generously even with average service, but couldn’t justify tipping more than 10% with the lack of service we received. Servers need to be retrained. It’s fine if you want customers to order through QR codes, although annoying, but if you expect to be tipped you actually need to check on your tables…

I'm glad I was able to find this place while we are traveling in Phoenix. The hot pot options were plentiful and it was perfect for someone who wants to try all the different flavor pots. I was pleasantly surprised by how many options there were to choose from and the pots we ordered all tasted so delicious. Overall, I would highly recommend Tasty Pot for anyone looking for delicious hot pot and great service.
