I’ve been a regular at this place for 2–3 years, often coming with my family and usually ordering the same drinks. Under the previous ownership, it was one of my favorite boba spots being consistent, chill welcoming, and reliable.
However, since the new owner took over nearly a year ago, my experience has been very disappointing. Quality has rapidly decreased, drinks often take a long time to finish, and when they do, they’re either bland/awful or completely off compared to how they used to be. It’s never consistently good coming from someone who orders the same drinks each visit, the inconsistency is frustrating and sad. Most of the positive reviews online I noticed reflect the quality under the old ownership, not the current management.

The atmosphere has also noticeably changed, and nearly all the good/caring staff from the previous ownership are gone. I’ve only recognized one long-time employee that’s still there, who is the only one who still makes drinks somewhat like they used to. I now try to come only when she’s working, because the newer staff tend to be slow, careless with drink and food quality, or inattentive to customer orders as I’ve sat and observed while waiting for my order. I’ve even noticed multiple times workers moving between this location and the next door taco place (might be the same ownership or management), but literally leaving the building to go to the other for a bit while there’s customers which contributes to a sense of disorganization and unprofessional alone.

I’ve also encountered situations that felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. One of them being one of the main staff members hardly speaking/understanding english that they confusingly even had me translate for another customer that came in a few minutes after me in front of a line of waiting customers, which was highly uncomfortably unprofessional. Along with noticing the moment my drink arrived after a 15 minute wait for just two drinks that it was going to be different than usual by just the looks of it. Unfortunately, after only a few sips, it turned out to be super awful. Even the family member who was with me was dissatisfied with their drink, and we ended up throwing both away.
On other occasions, keep in mind as a regular customer, I’ve also had to repeatedly explain the same order to staff on multiple different occasions, even pointing directly to the item on the menu screen. Despite this, I was met with visible annoyance and rudeness, seemingly because staff were unfamiliar with their own menu. I was treated as though I were the one being confusing, which made the situation both frustrating and uncomfortable. What made it worse was that in none of these instances was there any acknowledgment or apology for the confusion or discomfort caused.
Overall, I’m very sad to see this place go completely downhill rapidly, especially with the reputation/recognition it had already from the old ownership. I’ve been really trying to give it a chance, because it’s one of the only cafe boba places I revisit with family, but if this type of management continues, we’re not returning anymore. I genuinely hope the new owner can turn things around soon and restore the reputation and experience this spot once had.

First and last time eating here. One of the employees had her kids there and was checking on them literally in the the middle of making the desserts. Handing them cash with gloves on. And I watched her... walk away from making a dish, went to check on her kids, as she was walking back; picked something up off the floor and back to cutting strawberries. Never once changed her gloves. In that time, she walked outside with her gloves on to check on her kids and back to handing food. Very unsanitary.

Worst experience!! I will not be returning here again. Looks like it changed owners or something...from the last time I visited. My drink i ordered was all foam... The lady making my drink was so in a hurry to even care to try and make my drink properly

This place has gone downhill so bad. It was straight up messy, the smell was awful, and they took forever just to make ONE drink. I don’t know what happened or if they got new people, but I seriously miss the old workers, they were always so sweet and actually cared. I’m a regular and it honestly doesn’t even feel like the same place anymore.

The boba tea was decent nothing to write home about. We ordered two small appetizers and they took 30 minutes to come out. There were five employees standing at the front laughing and talking while we were waiting. Mind you there were no other customers around when we ordered. After waiting a while they brought out one appetizer and forgot about the other.

This place is less a restaurant and more a live demonstration of how not to run a business. Service crawls at a snail’s pace on a good day, so I placed my order, told them I’d be right back, and returned 10 minutes later to find… absolutely nothing. No smoothies, no explanation — just mass confusion. Then they “magically” discovered my order receipt in the trash, right where this place’s reputation belongs. And to top it off, I actually left a tip beforehand, which now just makes me feel like a complete idiot paying extra for the privilege of being part of this circus. The grand finale? My so-called “smoothie” turned out to be nothing more than watered-down, vaguely flavored milk. Honestly, if customer service were an Olympic sport, these folks would still manage to finish dead last.

Bobbles

Went to have a little snack here for the first time. The food was good! We got the fruity churro dish which is a fresh churro cut into small pieces and then covered in whipped cream, fresh strawberries and bananas, and strawberry and chocolate sauce drizzled on top. It was delicious! I forgot to take a picture of it because we dig right in. The churros were warm and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with the perfect cinnamon sugar dusting. The strawberries and bananas were very fresh and delicious. The whipped cream was not too sweet. It really hit the spot! We also got a chicken and bubble waffle with the sweet chili glaze. My son devoured it and said it was great. The bubble waffle was warm and crispy with a soft and slightly sweet inside. The chicken was cooked very well and flavorful. We got the Mexican hot cocoa frappe (I might have the name wrong) and it was sooooo good!! The pineapple green tea was fresh and refreshing. Service was great! The only thing that was a very tiny issue was that the doors are pretty dirty with grime from hands and it’s a pretty small dining area. It’s feels a little bit cramped. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed. That aside, we really liked our experience here.

came here & got their Tiger Milk Tea & fruity churro to-go & immediately fell in love. Immediately upon entering the shop, there's like a warm energy that feels welcoming/ home-y. The food is great & is an awesome meet-up spot for friends. would highly reccommend this place!!
