Steaks and Chicken fried steak cooked to perfection. Both were very juicy. The baked potato was very good. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

Disappointing service on a special occasion
Today my family and I visited the Texas Roadhouse in Glendale (85305) to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
When we walked in, we were not greeted at all. We stood at the entrance for about 10 minutes waiting to be added to the waitlist while five employees were standing behind the register looking at us, but no one acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. Eventually, I had to walk up myself and ask where we could put our name down. There was no “hi” or “welcome”, just a rushed and rude response asking how many people were in our party. The overall attitude from the host staff felt unwelcoming.
Once seated, our server seemed very rushed. She asked us multiple times if we were ready to order, forgot to bring straws for our drinks, and when our food arrived, all of our meals were cold. Several of us ordered steak, and the steaks were not only cold but also hard, which was extremely disappointing.
We’ve been to other Texas Roadhouse locations before and have never had issues like this, which made today’s experience even more frustrating especially since it was meant to be a birthday celebration. We left feeling very let down by both the service and food quality.
I hope this location can work on improving customer service and food standards so future guests don’t have the same experience.

Service was great. Our waitress was very good and kept our waters filled. Our food came out quickly and was cooked as we requested it. Rolls were hot and fresh. I always love getting a salad here as they are always cold and fresh.

Was sat quickly by the host, Kaydence our server came almost immediately and took our drink orders, came back with water, and a few short moments later my Margarita, which is only 5 bucks all day (house tequila) which is fine by me. Kaydence was super helpful guiding us thru the menu, and choices. Appetizer came out super quick, and so did the side salads for the entrees. Not much longer later the entrees came out exactly as we ordered them. But besides the food, our Server Kaydence stood out the most, super friendly, attentive and informative. She can take jokes and throw them too. Had a great time with her taking care of us. She is an asset to this location, and I’d enjoy to come back just because of her!

We came to bring my father out for his birthday to have dinner, it took about 30-40 minutes just to sit the waiter came every now and then all of my party was barley getting refills in not to mention that majority of the party food was very little warm almost cold one of the food plates came with shrimp the shrimp was cold and full of butter not even able to see the shrimp we told the waiter they took it back but we did not get them back until everybody was done with their food the floor manager was walking around asking everyone how it going we told him how everything was and after we told him and as he was walking away he gave a little chuckle I would have thought Texas Roadhouse would have had better working conditions and service.
Thanks to Felly best service I've had here in Glendale over all. Felly Had a fantastic attention to detail when taking our order..also told me about your gift cards thanks again
