Should be no stars! To begin with we paid the $18 bucks for the VIP experience and it was the grinch event. I had emailed the event host the week of to make sure they could accommodate such a large party I was told it was no issue. Well that was the first lie, we get there and are told they do not have space for a party that large and we would need to be placed outside or in a closed off room but would still be treated with the VIP experience LIE number 2 we hardly even had service! Only after MULTIPLE complaints we received what they considered VIP service. They scam you for all that money and of course it’s non refundable and didn’t even offer to fix any of their mistakes of lack of service! Never again

Don’t even bother making a reservation, you’ll just end up fighting for tables with walk in groups. I thought The Lola moving locations would be an upgrade to the service but the same exact issues with over booking and terrible, less than minimum service are still there. We got sat outside with menus due to lack of seating inside. We don’t get service for 20 mins after being sat(12:05) in which the server took our drink orders that didn’t come out until 12:45, my family orders coffee at this time as well. Are food comes out a little late which is understandable for a busy kitchen. Food was good the quesaberria tacos were disappointing but the wings and fries were great. We finish our food and up until this point we’ve seen our server 4x max and had to get helped by other employees(no silverware or napkins were brought to the table) after finishing our food our coffee barely hits the table. We ask for the bill which came with an automatic 20% gratuity. I always tip this percentage out whenever I go out but to have it automatically put on there after such a poor service It was like a final slap to the face. I ask for a to go box in which it took over 10 mins to get. We leave without the food. I fully believe in being respectful to servers especially when it’s busy and I know it’s not her fault but I will definitely not being coming again

Ordered cocktail drinks and not only they were overpriced but also didn't have any alcohol. Worse of all, the restaurant adda a restaurant fee PLUS a mandatory 20% tip. Drinks were serve in bad taste and cheap plastic cups. Waste of time and money. Be careful and pay attention to your check before authorizing payment.

Very loud, tables were wonky. Server was very kind but clearly pretty new and overwhelmed. There were also some rude larger tables who just talked loudly and used a lot of profanity. The tempura cauliflower was just straight deep fried - so greasy. They only serve one brand of wine and it's super low budget. Won't be back.

I walked into the restaurant and they said “we are closed”. It was a Wednesday evening at 6:00pm. I do not understand. The waitress was rude as well. Really wanted to try this place.

The Lola is full of energy with a lively brunch vibe, live DJ, dancing, and photo-worthy décor that makes it super fun to visit. The food was just okay, but the drinks, atmosphere, and overall party energy made the experience totally worth it.

What a fun experience, I will be back! Gabby is the best, delicious mimosas, the champagne parade was my favorite part, service was phenomenal, the breakfast tacos were so good. Thank you, Gabby for the amazing memories!

So we booked a 15 person reservation. We made sure to come early only to be told reservations times are not guaranteed. Keep in mind I tried to contact them 15 times the night before to ensure the table would be available. No one answered. Multiple times called. When checking in they said it’s just to ensure the table, nothing saying it won’t be guaranteed. We finally got seating and had to wait 25 mins until 3 of us had to ask if someone was going to help us. Finally Ari helped us and was so incredibly nice and tentative to us. I couldn’t be more grateful. Changing need to happen but that was ridiculous. I couldn’t thank Ari enough for her service. She really did save the day. 5 stars for Ari

The beginning of my bestfriends birthday brunch took a LONG time for anybody to talk to us once we were sat, but once Ari realized he had not been helped, she jumped in ready to help. She did. Such an amazing job even though we were already irritable about the wait. She truly did save the day, thank you to her!

The Lola was a little slow with plenty of open tables. The music was excessively loud. I attempted to order the Riley steak fries, but they were out of it, even though we were some of the first customers of the evening. I then attempted to order the carne asada tacos, and again, there was none. Drinks are overpriced as well. We ended up leaving the restaurant disappointed.
