We went here on lady Gaga night and they were busy (to be expected). I only saw two servers in the whole restaurant, we never got our food, and when we got our drinks we had already been ready to go to bar Louie (an hour and a half later). Also, the restaurant had a sewage smell. I felt bad for the server, he had to ask our first, second, and third choices because they were out of a lot of items. My family and I had been at the Lola a couple times and so far, we always had a rough experience. One positive, the restaurant looks nice.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This restaurant has the worst Managment, staff and service. If you can’t handle diners then don’t accept reservations or walk ins. We waited 30 minutes for the server to acknowledge us and nearly an hour and a half to get our food…….. the servers are in need of professional training, they were so confused and disoriented and no manager in sight to bring all the frustrated people including ourselves down or at least offer a complimentary drink or anything for the extremely long wait. You should never accept guests if can’t handle a crowd.

We had a reservation on February 14th before the Lady Gaga concert. I can appreciate that since it’s a Saturday, Valentine’s Day, and a big event, it would be busy. We made a reservation for early enough to allow plenty of time.

We were seated and it took 20 minutes to order. After 70 minutes, our food still had not arrived and our server hadn’t checked in in over 30 minutes.

We ended up leaving before the food made it to us, because we didn’t want to be late to the concert. I will never go back and would advise others to be cautious on special events/occasions, because they appeared to not be able to handle the crowds. It was a disaster.

This was quite literally the worst restaurant experience of my life. We had 5pm reservations on Valentine’s Day before the Lady Gaga concert. We waited 30 minutes for someone to even come by the table, another 20 to flag someone down for drink orders. Then the waitresses rolled their eyes at us because we had asked someone else to find someone for us. We got two plates of appetizers and then waited another 90 minutes and had one plate of our 8 dinner orders delivered. We had to flag people down for refills, and at one point we saw the waitress say “what now” before coming over. The bathroom only had one working sink, no soap, no paper towels and none of the stalls had toilet paper. We sat at a table facing the opening to the kitchen and it was filthy. There was garbage and dirt all over the floor. When we’d finally had it at 7pm with no food and no refilled we said we were leaving The manager said she’d comp us but then brought a charge over for half price of our two appetizers and full price for all our drinks. We went to the concert starving. I eat out before concerts all the time and have never experienced anything close to as awful as this experience.

We showed up 3 hours before our concert for dinner and ended up having to leave before our food got there to make it to the concert! The employees were nice but it was extremely frustrating and they need to staff better. DO NOT come here if you have somewhere to be after

Not only was I charged for a bottle of champagne that I didn’t order—they don’t let you see an itemized receipt before you pay—but we waited an hour after we were seated for food. It never came. When we asked when the food would arrive, we were told “soon.” But looking down the line of (also empty) tables in our section, including those that came before us, it was clear the food would definitely not be coming out “soon.” We requested to pay for our drinks and leave. The drinks also took about 20 minutes to get to our table after ordering. Of course, after I was texted the receipt, I saw they charged us for a full bottle of champagne that we didn’t order. Beyond that, this is a tacky-looking restaurant that wants badly to be a Vegas-type spot. Just trashy overall. We only went because we were seeing a concert. Better options in the area. They also charge you $5 per person for a reservation that didn’t even go to our bill. Trash, trash, trash.

Great place to hang with the girls for brunch. Limited menu, and music is really loud. Seating could be spaced more adequately. Staff was great. Photographers could hold showing photos until end of meal. Great concept overall.
