Horrible service. Waitress brought out our drinks and wasn't paying attention to us but another guy and dropped a full beer on my brother in laws lap. Didn't even comp the beer. Never again!

I’ve visited this establishment twice. The first time, I went before a concert. It was packed, the music was great, the drinks were good, and the atmosphere was lively. However, the music was so loud that it was impossible to have a conversation.
A few weeks later, I decided to come back for brunch. There were only about six tables with guests, and there were plenty of wait staff and bartenders. We were seated by security, who gave us water. We sat there for 15 minutes without being greeted at all. There was no hello, no “I’ll be with you shortly,” nothing. The music was so loud that my husband and I could barely have a conversation.
We got frustrated and left. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be back.

This experience was not good. The server barely had a personality. Looked like she’d rather be any where else. We scanned the menu and what pulled up was the event menu. When we picked an appetizer we were told it was out, cool not a problem. We opted for no appetizers. My drink the cherry bombshell was good I’ll give it that. On the menu was the braised short ribs which we tried to order and we couldn’t, so my girlfriend had to pick something else. Not a problem, she had a back up. I ordered the Lola smash with the side of roasted asparagus. I was not told those were also out until she was bringing me my plate with the burger on it and she made the decision for me that I was getting the fries. I absolutely don’t agree that the server should’ve just given me the fries without asking me what I wanted. The ranch was warm and the ketchup had a rubber layer on top. When we tried to dip in the ketchup the fry made a dent in the ketchup and there was no ketchup on the fries. It was also very warm in there the whole time like there was no ac. I went into the bathroom when o pulled the toilet paper a cockroach came running out of it and up the wall. 100% do not recommend this place to anyone.

not even sure how this place is still open. go in before the sza concert, the waitress tells me 98% of the menu is not in stock 💀 they didn’t have any of the alcohol we wanted okay whatever. go in today, the host literally ignores us, has his seat our selves but then seated two other tables, i’m waiting for one person to acknowledge us but nothing lmao. if you’re just trying to get water and get our of the heat, this is a good stop, you won’t get charged. definitely mediocre

Good music. Horrible service. Wish I could tell you about the food, but I never received it. After waiting for about 45 minutes (party of 1), I left. I should’ve known it would be like that when I walked in, sat at the bar, and it took a while for the bartender to come out from the back. While waiting, I asked the bartender if she could change one of the tvs. She went to ask the guy and said he would do it. Safe to say it never happened because he was too busy helping a party. I’m assuming that he was the cook. There was maybe a total of 40 customers in the restaurant. And I only seen 2 employees.

It was almost as hot inside as it was outside no air conditioning they brought us our food out. I asked for ranch it took them 20 minutes to bring us ranch. When it finally came out, it was warm ranch. It wasn’t even cold which I’m pretty sure it’s a health violation. Definitely would not recommend

Our server was incredible but it was sad to see her busting it for 3 large tables while the other front of house staff sat on their phones, eating, etc instead of helping her while she struggled. I had the salmon and it was a bowl of salt, I've never had food that salty. Worst martini I've ever had, didn't even know you could mess that up. Do better.

Just wanted to sit and order food with some family but that was too much for them since it seems like they only care if you’re ordering cocktails and drinks. The food looks like it can be delicious in the pictures and on TikTok but after an hour of waiting and poor service we just decided to go elsewhere.

Worst experience! The hostess was gone for +15minutes so I had to go inside and ask the bartender if we could just seat ourselves or if he could get someone to do it. The QR codes were faded and sticky as something was spilled on them so I had to walk around the empty tables to find a decent one to scan for the menu. It took another 10 minutes for our waitress to come around once we were seated. Then, the wrong food came out to our table *twice* - the poor food runner had no clue what was going on. The burrito i ordered never appeared until I’d already given up and asked for it to be cancelled, 20 minutes after the other member of my party got their food. I had to ask the bartender to cancel the order, because we hadn’t even seen our waitress for half an hour. I felt bad for the bartenders, because both the hostesses and servers were pretty MIA the entire time we were there. Overall, I get the impression this place relies on its cute aesthetic to compensate for very poor service and mid food.

I went for brunch. The menu and options were fun. The food was really good and service was good. Drinks do take a bit to get. All of it was a great experience until I used the restroom. If you go here DO NOT use the restroom or you will not want to return. The restrooms are horrifying. If not for the condition of the restrooms I would have this in our brunch spots, but because of it I will not go again

My rating is for the after-hours. I had a really good time, it was chill. Not too crowded. Dj had good music inside and live music outside. At 11pm live Banda! What! I had a really good time. I danced a lot. And security was friendly. Bartenders were attentive.
