I've never submitted a review before but I've ordered from here countless times and not 1 time has my order actually been 100%, one of the sandwiches I get that's supposed to have BBQ always comes dry, they skimp on the drink when we even get them which is rare, and no matter what time it is you can always expect some cold fries with your meal.

This location is by far the worst location! I placed an online order and I understand that with the way things are now a days things happen with staffing. My issue is with their complete disregard of the customers time. They could have easily called and let me know that they didn’t have a cook and my order had to be cancelled but instead they let me come in anticipating my order to be ready only to tell me they didn’t have a cook. How absolutely unprofessional. You have multiple servers standing around unable to work due to the lack of a cook. The least they could have done is contacted online orders to let them know of the situation. Horrible service!

Our wait person was very rude. He made multiple mistakes on our order and charged us adult beverage prices for kid size drinks. He was slamming table and chairs around to make room for our party. After this terrible service he stiffed us $10 on our change and then made a scene arguing that he is never wrong. He literally chased us out of the establishment yelling at us and trying to give us back his tip. Needless to say we didn't go back there to eat for the rest of our stay even though it was conveniently located.
