We had a lovely afternoon tea today! Monica and her team made our visit delightful. We drove two hours to have tea. I am surprised by some of the low ratings. I think it is unfair when the staff go out of their way to accommodate the customer. Even the chef checked in with us. Food and Service were great!

Recently went for a birthday, Sunday morning crew was amazing and very accommodating! We did have some confusion with the menu but, the servers and cooks were amazing enough to explain the tea and breakfast menu thoroughly. The staff was great with singing happy birthday and making it an overall great experience! I would come again soon and recommend it for others.

BEAUTIFUL, plenty of photo opportunities. We were a large party of 10 for my little girls birthday and didn't know what to expect. The service was amazing. The women serving us were wonderful and the food was so great and very filling. Also, the cost of it all was not too high. The experience was overall a great one, I would recommend to anyone.

I called in to get a reservation for 6 people, the chef was so unprofessional. She was asking we need to let her know what we will be ordering before we come in even tho I explained to her itās a group of six and I donāt know what everyone wants at the moment. I called initially and spoke with someone else and she said I need a deposit and I told her I will call back when I have my card. She told me she will have me for 1pm but to call back when I have my card to have it on file, when I called again, the chef said she can only put me for 130pm even tho when I called earlier I already had to move from 12pm to 1pm. She was so rude and told me āwell I am the chef and I control this placeā And this is my second time going here. First time was good. If you want to be treated with respect and have people listen to you. Donāt go here. The staff are so mean. She literally ended the call on me.

Letās start with the two guys that work there sorry didnāt get your names but amazing ! You guys made the bad about this place be better ! Your customer services amazing teach those ladies . Ok now the bad there was a girl waitress that didnāt seem like she knew her job and kinda had an attitude when asking question . Be nice itās your job and people go there to have fun and be happy . The most unhappy part was cashing out oh my goodness can you say rude with the capital R my daughter asked a question and she attacked her with attitude. We wonāt go back for any other special occasion. Work on your customer services ladies and guys keep doing what you do being fabulous!

This is my second time here and after having really good food and service the first time I assumed thatās how it would be the next time I went. Clearly that was a mistake. My mom and I arrive and we ask the host if we can sit outside. He said which side to which I said the back and heās like oh thatās reserved. Why ask if only the front is available?! They are not crowded at all. Literally one party inside and then us. When we find a table out front, I noticed that the staff has yet to clean off the two tables that were left before us.
The waiter is nothing but friendly, but as we are ordering im waiting for someone to clean the tables and they donāt. All the staff is so focused on the back of the patio that they literally forget about us in the front. Finally the tea come out and thereās no strainer in either of our teas so weāre left to clean out the leaves from our cups and the tea was tasteless and cold.
The waiter never asked how anything was and it took forever to get one tier with each of our food on the different tiers. After waiting 30 minutes when we were finished eating and we realized no one was coming outside to check on us we then had to wait 10 minutes inside before someone gave us our bill.
Idk what changed from the first time if this place has new staff or what, but Iām not sure if I will be returning. For it to be this slow for 2 parties is a bit ridiculous.

The chef did not know the difference between vegetarian and pescatarian. Tried to tell us that vegetarians eat fish. They charge extra for vegetarian when they just take the meat out of the sandwich. The chef had a bad attitude the entire time about making any accommodations and berated us in front of all the guests. The server spilled water all over the area getting our belongings wet and we got no apologies from anyone. The fruit was slimy and the portions were small for what they charge. The place looks nice, but the food and chef need an update.

This place is fantastic! The food is better than the high tea at the Phoenician! The atmosphere is very cute and I can't say enough about it. Go here and do the high tea! It is so much fun to have a relaxing meal that is so delicious and unrushed! They r so accommodating, even to the people that didn't read on the website that u r not confirmed until they call u back. Very gracious, and such a neat place! I can't wait to go back..
