If I were to give a review based on food it would be a 10/10 the chef does an amazing job & was the definitely the highlight of our day. She came outside to greet us & the experience was pleasant. However the servers were “okay” we were told that because we were a large group it was mandatory we had to order the same meal package. We were there celebrating my daughter’s bday & was hoping for a magical experience but the reality was that we felt rushed and the price was incredibly high for the experience. Before anyone was even done they picked up all of our food & cleaned the table, I probably would’ve had better service at Peter piper pizza for half the price. We are sadly stuck eating the rest of our food in disposable plates at home. Please reconsider another place if you want a more intimate fun experience!!

You will enjoy this cute place. I'm glad I chose this place to have my first tea party. The cakes and tea are exquisite. They offer a variety of choices for kids and adults. Their staff was very nice and the food is memorable. Kiko provided us with exceptional service. The Chef stopped by our table, she did a wonderful job.

I hate scones. They are dry, crumbly and have raisins stuffed in them in a sad attempt to give them flavor. In my mind, they are depression food. So yes, I ended up at a tea shop, but my mom likes tea. I now have to change my opinion about sconces and tea. The Pink Door Tea House is fun, whimsical and delightful. The food was excellent. My mom had the soup of the day (broccoli and cheese) and I had the salad. Both were delicious. The sandwiches where just the right touch for a tea house and the scones... oh my.. the scones. The scone of the day was a banana nut. I am a pastry and chocolate croissant kinda gal but those scones were perfect. They had the right touch of crumbly and sweetness. And of course, the staff was as sweet as their scones. Excellent service. I am also a coffee drinker. However, I have to concede that tea definitely has it's appeal. I went with the server's suggestion and chose the Pink Door tea. I bought some of that tea to go. Some times, when something is excellent, you just need to take it home

I’ve been to this place several times and every time before this current visit, it has been 5stars. But I am disappointed with my latest experience. It all started with the book keeper not writing our reservation down. We made a reservation 2 weeks beforehand online and received a confirmation email the same day. We also paid the reservation fee plus gratuity. We then received a call the next day, confirming our reservation; with who I thought was the owner-a woman. We made our deposit online of $20 and the reservation fee charged us a 18% gratuity fee of $3.60. I explained that we paid the reservation + gratuity to the woman who called to confirm our reservation. She assured me I should not have had to pay a gratuity. She told me to show them when we come in on our reservation date. When we arrived on our reservation date and told them the name for my reservation, they claimed they didn’t have us on the list. Then I pulled up my email to show them. The head chef then came out from the kitchen to show me I was indeed on the list; but that I never spoke with her to confirm our reservation. I then explained to her thoroughly the conversation I had with someone(who was her) the very next day I placed my reservation. I proceeded to show her the confirmation of the phone call which had her number. She didn’t seem to want to believe me. She then told me they didn’t have me on the list because I didn’t pay the deposit until recently. I then pulled up my receipt of the deposit that I paid the same day of making the reservation. I had also reminded her of our conversation about the gratuity with the reservation fee. I was visibly upset at this point and I tried to remain respectful although I was upset. I was very frustrated that she wanted to argue with me in front of other customers. The customer service on her end could have been a lot better. I was going to ask for our money back and leave but I had invited two friends who had never been there before. The service the boys/servers provide is always exceptional. However, I don’t plan on retuning just because of the debacle we had initially at the front. Not to mention our paying experience. At the end, the cashier told us she could NOT give us the $23.60 off. She could only get us $20 off. So basically we got stiffed about $4. They should have at least offered to give me the cash back but they offered no solution. They told me sorry. I didn’t make a big deal about it, but that was the cherry on top of my whole experience. The tip was affected because of it, although my tip was still good, 15%. As I mentioned above the service was amazing and always is, but the few negative experiences today is enough to lose my business. I hope they never decide to argue with another future customer. Especially in front of other customers. It was embarrassing on my end. It truly is a great business but I won’t be back. I would still recommend this place to others as I do think it’s unique and fun!

My husband and I had our Valentine’s Day Date here today and I just have to say this was the best in every single category!!! Chef Monica is absolutely amazing, every single bite of our meal was so delicious- and Anthony was the freaking cutest server- it’s been a long time since we have had a server who left that big of an impression on us. His personality is next level. Seriously he made our experience a lifelong memory. We will definitely be back!!!

The Pink Door Tea House is a quaint tea house! There are 4 rooms and outdoor tables for seating. Reservations are recommended. We ordered 2 kids "princess" tea meals and 3 of us shared the Classic Tea. Each person had their own pot of tea. The sandwiches, desserts, and tea were delicious!!! The service was attentive, kind, and helpful. Highly recommended if you are in Glendale.
