I want to thank Lorraine, Joy, Bud, Maria and the entire team for making our afternoon special. The tea was outstanding, the food delicious and ambiance perfect. The afternoon was perfect thanks to the team! We will be back no doubt! Be absolute sure to save room to stop over next door!

Everything was lovely. The house was quaint and charming. The staff were excellent! We (3) had a fun birthday experience. The food was great. The Scones and Queen Elizabeth tea were the best ever. We bought extra to take home. The Chantilly and lemon curd was the best i ever had. The sandwiches were great as well. I have one small critique... The scones came first, i filled up quickly on the sweets and didn't have room for the sandwiches. With Proper traditional tea , all comes at once and you eat from the bottom (savory) to top , Scones (middle tier) and sweets (top tier) When i go back, I'll ask for savory first.
What an amazing experience. The home has been restored so lovely. The ladies serving are so sweet. The food was amazing and it was a fabulous experience.

WONDERFUL little GEM! Has not disappointed in the many years we've patronized this delightful little place! Had not been there in maybe 2 decades and it was STILL fantastic. Absolutely charming, quaint little Victorian house-turned-Tea House/Lunchery. Hand-painted floral, rim-gilded China tea cups, Granny's lace galore, adorable ceramic knick-knacks, very nice people, and best of all, GREAT FOOD. Quiche is always a winner, as are the made-from-scratch giant, fluffy rolls with real butter. (Not for the gluten-fearful! lol) They also have wonderful desserts such as bread pudding and cherry cream cheese pie. The have tea parties with all the trimmings--scones with cream, dainty finger sandwiches, pastries, floral tea pots. (I celebrated my birthday with a tea party many years ago and can't wait to have afternoon tea there again.) The setting is the idyllic home your fantasy great-great- grandmother owned, where she grew vegetables and herbs in her garden, did needlework, and baked homemade goodies from scratch in her frilly lace-trimmed apron.Go see Granny! Immediately. YUM

Food and tea were great. The service was rushed tense and unattentive. The service made the experience undesirable. When the waitress gave us the menu she was impatient and spued the menu specials out of her mouth so fast and rudely that we asked her to repeat them please we didn't hear them all. She then copped an attitude and then became indignant with us.Rushing us along like little children tardy for class. Love the tea and food. The restaurant is very small and cramped but would go back for the tea not the service. If there is to be a next time, I would speak to the management about the service. It ruined a perfectly delightful experience.

Three stars on the food because the quiche was on the soft side and the chicken pot pie was in fact not a pot pie. It was a soupy liquid served in a coffee mug served with a square 4”x4” crust. My plan is to try a sandwich next time.Tea, scone and shortbread were great, as well as the service.

What a cute and special place to have tea or a meal. Felt very Christmasy with different trees in each room. The quiche was delicious. I look forward to coming back.
