Yummy! You should totally come here!
Great customer service reasonable prices highly recommend
worst attitude ever, we had to wait quite a while for her to put her phone down and acknowledge us and then the girl yelled (not an exaggeration) at me for being at the wrong window that isn’t clear for anyone to see on the other side of the kiosk
If you're looking for a sweet escape from the Arizona heat, The Yard Milkshake Bar at Westgate in Glendale is a must-visit. Open after 4 p.m., it’s the perfect spot for an evening treat, whether you're out with friends, family, or celebrating something special.
The menu is impressively large for a dessert-focused shop, featuring an over-the-top selection of milkshakes, sundaes, and other ice cream-based creations. The servings are massive—definitely a “come hungry or plan to share” type of place. Each order comes in an adorable, collectible glass jar that you can take home as a souvenir, adding a fun, memorable touch to the experience.
I recently visited with a friend’s daughter for her birthday, and it turned out to be a hit. From the whimsical presentation to the indulgent flavors, everything about the visit felt festive and unique. It’s easy to see why locals rave about this place—it’s a dessert destination that delivers both in taste and experience.

Milkshakes are good
Service is awful- we waited at the window while they watched a movie and pretended they didn’t see people. Then the milkshakes took 15 minutes. There was 1 customer after us.
A must try!! However, workout before and after to make it worth it. You get to keep the cup!
Watered down milk shake. Not like what i had downtown at the other location. Don't come here. So many bad reviews and melted ice cream experiences. Wish I saw the reviews sooner, would have been worth the drive.
Closed an hour earlier than listed time. Boo
Won't sell/serve milkshakes at 9pm when they close at 10pm. Whats the name of the place??? Went to Johnny rockets across the plaza and got a shake. Went the day before around 1pm and they weren’t even open.
Been to the one in Atlanta, centennial park with a line for 30 minutes. Great service there with a great product.

They don’t accept gift cards. They don’t accept bills larger than 20 dollars. Not customer service oriented.

I wanted to try something different and for sure i did. To start it was my first time trying it and my last. Customer service sucks, I ask what flavors and she was telling me with attitude. I end up getting a milkshake and when I got the milkshake was all over the cap and the cup. This milkshake was half melted and didnt get a full cup. Don't waste your money here go across to cold stone instead.

This one sucks it’s such a limited menu and has none of the cookie dough. What is the point of this location? 🙄
