Ok lowkey service can be a little wonky sometimes, like sometimes the staff are super standoffish except for this one really nice asian guy with dyed hair he's nice love that guy. It's kinda a hit or miss, but OMFGGGGGG.
I normally never review anything but this place is seriously the best place to get boba ever. I've gone to tons of boba places and only came to this one by chance. And based off the flavor? My goooood. I come every other day.
This is def the #1 boba place in AZ. Bobaholics got nothing on Ti-Li and I'll die on that hill. 5 stars every single time. Don't be shy!!!!

Been looking for a good milktea drink for a year now. Finally I found this place on the way home. This is the best drink I ever had in AZ. Tried lychee tea and coconut pudding herbal jelly milktea or something like that and they both are fabulous. The fruit tea one was so refreshing and the after taste is very clearly of the good tea- you know it’s high quality tea or they did something right. The coconut milktea that has 4 different toppings was crazy for me because that’s a lot of toppings for $7. And, the toppings are so tasty. I love the pudding btw. It’s supper creamy which I prefer. Service was excellent. Overall, highly recommend Ti-Li Boba🤌🏼

this place is super accommodating! I was buying two drinks here, and I requested for some sample cups with lids (the detail about the lids I had added later, which was my fault for not clarifying at the very beginning).
I know it’s an atypical request, but they were able to come up with a workaround, and it came out perfectly. I’ll be definitely coming back here again, the next time I’m in the area!

Your cups come sealed if you get regular boba tea or other drinks without whipped cream. Just poke the perfectly sized straw thru and it's perfect!

Small and cozy boba tea amazing more than enough options can mix a special blend specifically for you. While they deserve a better space that is bigger and the staff was friendly. It had a bathroom, furniture could use work to make the space more people friendly.
