First time coming here for dinner. I was looking for good or great Irish fare of corned beef and cabbage; with red potatoes. My hopes and expectations were high based upon the reviews and stars.
I started off with the broccoli and cheddar soup. A very good soup. Plenty of broccoli; with a subtle taste of cheddar. Not too thick as some soups can be.
My entree arrived after finishing my soup. Its appearance seemed ok; just not what I was looking for. The corned beef was sliced thin. While tender, it was a bit on the dry side. The cabbage was chopped, and had a peculiar taste. Pork or fatback was added. Not my choice when I steam cabbage. The potatoes were mashed. The taste was like that of coming from a box, and over whipped. A lot of flavor was missing from this dish that should be simple. Butter would have been ideal for the cabbage that should not have been chopped, but left in 1/4ers. And small red potatoes ideal for corned beef that shouldn’t have been sliced so thin. I didn’t finish most of the cabbage and beef. The demi glaze was left too. I can’t recall a time having this dish served with gravy.
My choice in beverage was a Guinness beer. That didn’t disappoint. I liked the touch put on the foam where the appearance of a clover ☘️ could be seen.
I noticed bread pudding as a dessert, and ordered that to see if my meal could end on a positive note. It was delicious. Very moist, and flavorful; with the right amount of sauce. If one thing could have been added to kick up the flavor… I’d add raisins. Memories of Mom’s bread pudding using day old cinnamon raisin bread came to mind.
I may return, but I won’t be ordering the corned beef and cabbage. The Shepherd’s pie would interest me.
Service was fine. Amber was attentive, and pleasant. The restaurant was warm, and offered adequate seating at the bar. While the weather is pleasant, the patio looked very nice. There is ample parking. And lastly, the restrooms were clean.

St Patrick's day, 4th time we have visited Tim Finnegans. It's the last time... Food and service was poor, over priced and not a good vibe. There are many other options, no rip off ! Also, the security were rude and thought they were super Cops.

We tried to go there the day after St Patrick's Day, but they'd closed to recover from the festivities at their place.
We went the next night (19th), and were treated to find very tender corned beef with traditional trappings. I ordered grilled cod, green beans, and a green salad.
Dietary restrictions: They had a gluten-free menu.

Horrible value, horrible food, poor service. $64 lunch for two with two beers served on styrofoam plates with plastic utensils…wow. $22 for a small Shepards Pie which looked like dog food with instant mashed potatoes on top. Tasted bland, like all the food was opened from a can and tossed in a big pot. Had three bites and couldn’t eat more. The Ruben was decent, but still over priced for what you get. The server was totally slammed and it was clear they were understaffed. It was St Patty’s weekend, so I’m sure they were likely busier than typical, but not like they didn’t know about this. The management seemed more concerned about hosting their big event, not the customers sitting at their restaurant. Food was way overpriced and horrible quality. Left hungry and had a better dinner at home. Will not return based on this experience… this place is a BAR ONLY, not a restaurant. Go here to get drunk, not fed.

Great place. Food is fantastic. Fish and Chips would be much better with a good tartar sauce. The sauce here is terrible. Shephards Pie is amazing!

Great food, not good service. The waiter was more chatty with staff than making rounds at a pretty slow lunch service. Would absolutely come back for the food and live music!

Came here for my fathers company work Christmas party we are just across the parking lot and we had there catered food which was hot wings, Shepards pie, chicken Alfredo pasta and salad , all pretty good the sherpards pie I think could of been cooked for longer to give it more of a creamy interior instead of hard huge chucks of carrots inside if it, the service was spot on with 40+ people for our event and did a good job ! Overall had a great time here

I ordered a turkey club....🤣🤣🤣🤣 I was like.. where is the turkey, where's the bacon? The gentleman said sorry about that after I showed him, and that was the end of that conversation he didn't really offer resolve to anything. My other half ordered an Old fashioned, wasn't even close. Second time we've been here, last time we'll come here. You would expect some meat to be on a sandwich but I guess times are tough huh? Yeah I did take a little tiny bite out of the sandwich before I took the picture but I'm sure you really get the idea! And I guess if you order a traditional Reuben sandwich, make sure you ask for sauerkraut because they will just put coleslaw on it!? And this is an Irish pub/restaurant???? I asked the gentleman for a to go container for my sandwich, and I stated that I was going to take it home and put some meat on it, and the guy didn't even really say anything! Yep I guess times are getting really tough the price of Turkey deli must be astronomical visit!!

We were celebrating uncle's birthday. They wanted a place where they could bring their two dogs and sit on the patio. They were very accommodating to both people and puppies. The server was excellent. I don't recall his name.
