I joined the waitlist through the app at 2 pm and was told my bay would be ready between 3:35 and 4:10. So, I arrived a little after 3:40 to be ready. As it got closer to 4:10, I checked in with the front desk to see what was going on since I hadn't received a text about my bay. I was told it would be about another hour's wait, which I don't understand. What's the point of even having a waitlist on the app if you're just going to have people waste their time? So finally, I get the text right as I'm leaving that the bay should be ready in 15 minutes or less. 20 minutes go by, and nothing. I check in with the front desk again and am told I'm next but can't get an exact time for when my bay will be ready. If it weren't for my kids being really excited about the Sonic game, I would have left. I've heard from people that Valley Golf Center is just as much fun, if not more, than Topgolf, and I think it's time I give them a try.

I had never taken a golf lesson before, but after working with Joe at Topgolf, I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The lesson was extremely informative, and I noticed immediate improvements in my swing, accuracy, and overall distance. Joe made the entire session comfortable and easy to follow, and he even sent me home with specific drills to continue practicing on my own. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m very glad I chose this location to invest in my golf game. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to take their game to the next level!

The worst top golf I’ve ever been too. They cut 6 of us off after 2 pitchers. The grips are falling off the clubs. The food was ok, but miserable compared to other too golfs.

Had fun however the tee for the balls was broken in our bay and everyone that served us disappeared right after dropping off our food and drinks and when trying to find a server I had to walk around for a while before finding someone after 10 minutes. Definitely needs to work on customer service at this location

Horrible service. Don't work with accommodations. Came to play with my family. We got the first bay, couldn't get moved up to the second floor for my step daughter. Something simple of that matter couldn't be done without having to wait for 2 hours AND a loss of my deposit. I would have to WAIT 2 hours AND pay another deposit! On top of that. The entire 3rd floor was not getting used at all! COMPLETELY EMPTY. Ridiculous. Don't care to try top golf.

Service was horrible and food took forever, our waiter rushed us and took forever bringing food or condiments to our table while he would take care of the two tables between us, since food took forever to bring out, our one hour game only had about 15 min left when food arrived and he wanted us to pay at 12 mins of the game while we still had food on our plates, the waiter had the guts to then proceeded to come back when the game was over and tell us we have to leave since the table needed to be cleaned and moved to the next group, while we were barely getting up to leave ourselves, our experience felt very rushed and we didn’t welcomed there, and couldn’t enjoy our moment! First and last time there!
This place is joke we made a reservation on a SUNDAY day time and we couldn’t get a 3rd or even 2nd floor table because it was too” packed we figured we could wait for an Availability and they said our time was going to start running!!!! Nothing but nonsense!!! We been here a couple of times and definitely not coming back! We asked to called for the manager Bailey which did absolutely nothing to help !!!
