I’d give it a zero if I could only based on management and how unexperienced they are. I too my family here, and do two hours in the bay. Ordered food and drinks. Waitress was great and the atmosphere was fun. At the end I asked for a glass of ice for my drink. As I was drinking it there were two balled up receipts in the drink from another table. They never washed the glass obviously and gave it to me with ice. When I asked the waitress downstairs she apologized asked if I wanted another and I said no thank you but can you take it off my bill. She sent over a supervisor who came over and accusing me of sticking receipts in my drink after spending $240 on a tab. After that I approached the other manager and the same feedback was given. Why would I give a shit about a $8 drink after a $240 tab. I was just sick to my stomach that there were two dirty receipts in my drink and I was treated like I did something wrong. I’ll never go to this place again. The Management is horrible, rude, and unexperienced.

server Valencia was extremely rude , made smart comments throughout the whole night and never came to check in on us we constantly had to hunt her down or send other servers to go get her — would definitely recommend getting another Host/Server the food was good and fresh but she will definitely ruin the experience will NOT be returning!

Attendant Velencia is so rude!!! Food and atmosphere was nice but she was so rude. From the very beginning when I arrived I asked how to turn on the heat and received attitude. This was my first time here and I honestly would retuned. However, I definitely recommend requesting a new attendant.

Topgolf has lost its value, and they don’t seem to realize why they’re failing. No surprise Callaway lost a billion trying to sell them.
I was a Platinum member for a year. It’s really a money pit — even with the membership. Sometimes people need a place to gather and hang out; other times, people just want to hit balls.
It’s painful how much you’re forced to spend just to be there, and even then, your time is strictly limited. They really need to start lowering their prices — it’s just not worth it anymore.
Things like actual family deals, ordering food and waiving the bay/game fee, etc., would help. The marketing team really sucks.
It’s a nice place to hang out… but then you see the bill, and suddenly it’s not so nice anymore.

Went here during our trip to Arizona. Staff was nice and had good service. Drinks were not good especially from the tap. Loved the overview of the stadium and the desert in the background though :)

We asked for space for 8 people and they gave me only 1 line. When we got to our line we were only able to play 6 people. When I asked them again they said nothing could be done.
In another note, when I was looking for our line, where you enter the place we were looking for our line, the waitress told us to move since that area was not available without asking us or try to help us to our line... bad experience today

Stopped by about 3:00 on a Wednesday and was able to get a bay with no wait. 90 minutes of golf, a couple of drinks, a soda and an appetizer and it was almost $150. I enjoyed the time there, but we could have golfed 18 at a decent course in the area with drinks and food for about the same cost.
I pre-arranged for 12 people to come and play for two hours in two days and we called to verify that we can bring in a homemade cake Our son is autistic and turning 23 We came for a family event that went from really good. The first whole hour. We were there to complete shit. Someone I’m assuming a manager came up and asked us to remove our birthday cake from the property. It could possibly contain things that can make other people sick. Even though we inform them, we called and got verification that we could bring it. We spent almost a week making this with all the fondant work on it. Not only do the manager make a huge scene and embarrass us. She kept coming back multiple times to make a bigger scene when all I asked was for 20 minutes so we could wish him a happy birthday same to him give him a piece of cake will walk the cake out. She came back and made such a big stink that we had to remove it or we could leave Finally took it outside and told her I’d really appreciate at least a discount for the embarrassment and all the bullshit. You just put us through. She did absolutely nothing and we paid full price.

Made us super uncomfortable Meaghan was just starring at us the whole time standing behind our seats watching us the whole time remind you we are Mexican and everyone else was white there but she was just keeping an eye out on us for nooooo reason! I felt uncomfortable the whole time being watched for no reason at all. Not coming back! Didn’t even enjoy my time

Topgolf Glendale is absolutely amazing! The staff here are incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly, they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. The atmosphere is fun, energetic, and perfect whether you’re with friends, family, or coworkers. Everything from the food to the service to the overall experience was outstanding. Can’t wait to visit again!
