Nice restaurant inside a Shell gas station. A good, clean restaurant with inside seating. Service was very good. Large portions, reasonable prices, and the food tastes fantastic.

I was disappointed I didn't get the two flavors I asked for and very little of the coconut cream topping as if I paid for it. I called several times but no one ever answered.
I’m gonna piggy back on what others have posted and that is that the shaved ice is amazing but the customer service not so much. I genuinely think this might be the best shaved ice I’ve ever had, like I really hope they stay in business for a long time. The girl that attended us at the drive thru however had such a dull, monotone, and displeased attitude. Like I was burden to her with me coming by and ordering. At least Put on a fake smile and pretend that you want to help me, and loose the attitude. Other than that, great ice

I want to start with saying that the service and snow cones were great. I went in a couple weeks ago and got some snow cones like I said they were great. What I am writing about is what I over heard from one of the workers talking to her coworker. Apparently a lot of them put their two weeks in, weird right. I kept listening and turns out that the owner has been shorting their paystubs and it's because of an automated break, they both said to each other that neither one of them had taken a break since they started working there. To me this is crazy, you are stealing money from children that are working without breaks which is illegal. I hope that the workers get the money that this owner took from them. If they are working they should be getting paid point blank. There is no if and or but when it comes to paying your employees.
My comment is not slander. I never said they didn't get paid enough. I am simply stating what I overheard from the workers. Part of this is my opinion which I am entitled to.

Came to enjoy some snow cones with my kids & nephews and Collete was so rude and the other girl rolling her eyes because my kids where laughing and enjoying themselves and being a little too loud and I was told it's unnecessary.. Wow are you serious I asked her if she had kids because if she did she would know exactly how it was. I spent $50 there to be treated this way now that is unnecessary to say the rude things you said and be okay with yourself, especially talking about me and my family to the customer that walked in after we walked out. If you had something else to say you should've been woman enough to tell me instead of behind my back to other customers now that is so unprofessional. We won't be back and I will let all my friends and family know how I was treated with my kids.

Would be a “5” but I really don’t like the whole “asking for a tip” page when you are paying. The person is standing right there. And if you’re in the drive through, you won’t be able to see them handling your order. Just saying. So I feel pressured to tip even though I find it really unnecessary for one simple order. A tip should not be an expectation. Otherwise I love the yummy treats as a great way to help cope with the summer heat!! P.S. Why no more punch cards??

Just FYI the store hours are advertised as 9pm but they close before that. Im assuming so they can go home early, which is fine but the advertised hours need to reflect that. We were not served before 9 pm.
