If happiness had a flavor, it would come from Tropical Sno. Ramon and Sierra absolutely crushed it. They were incredibly kind, patient, and clearly take pride in what they do.
Ramon and Sierra made the whole thing feel effortless. Meanwhile this snow cone had ice so soft it could probably qualify as a pillow. The flavor distribution was flawless. No dry bites. No syrup ambush at the bottom. Just consistent greatness.
This snow cone did what therapy could not. Instantly improved my mood and made me question every snow cone I’ve ever settled for.

This was my first time at Tropical Sno. Their stuff was very helpful, friendly since I was curious of their ice cream and shaved ice with the many varieties of flavors. I finally selected the large mangonada it was delicious especially with the hot chili stick. Will be returning back to try the other flavors, their service was great. :)

First time and I looovvvvveddddd my shaved ice! Service was excellent, they all greeted me and my family upon arrival and even helped guide us through the menu and they even have ice cream!!! Tropical Sno is AMAZING! Sierra and Ramon are extremely helpful, and their customer service is truly top-tier. I love that they have board games so you can sit, relax, and enjoy time with friends and family. The mangonada is to die for. So, so good and definitely my favorite! The shaved ice is incredibly soft and literally melts in your mouth. The Cupid Crush Sno is also amazing! Love the Valentine’s theme. The flavors are incredible all around. Highly recommend to come check out the store!! 🍧💖

We had a wonderful experience with the new owners. They came out with their truck to serve snow cones to our son’s 7th birthday party and it was a hit! They have amazing snow cone flavors and I suggest trying them Hawaiian style!

I don't know why that one review says it melts too fast 🤣🤣 we are literally in AZ with 105-115 degrees in the summer , what do they expect 🤣😆🤣 there is some shade parking spots in the back so you can enjoy it in your car or just go in to the restaurant where it won't melt fast 🤣😆👌❤️❤️❤️

Why do you have a drive thru if someone sits in it for over 20 minutes? I've never been here before and had a car full of kids... Decided to stop seeing the drive thru and got pinned in from the front and back. I was stuck. Hire more helpers or Don't advertise a drive thru unless you have a sign saying 'be prepared to wait'
