Ribs was great but everything else was not very good. Coleslaw was too Vinegary, Mac and cheese literally had only 4 noodles. Chilli was way too greasy. Paid almost $6 for 3 pieces of asparagus..... servers was slow and not very attentive.... manager on duty was great.... temperature was not great.... too cold for what the temp was outside..... all in all..... not looking forward too returning anytime soon or recommend a place too try....
Criselda was our server, she did an amazing job explaining the menu telling us what was good on the menu and the appetizers and the main course dishes. She was very pleasant, very professional and because of her we will come back. She represented this establishment with class.
Ivy was the only waitress that was able to pay attention to detail and correctly prepare my drinks. Not only is she sharp, but her frequency and tentativeness unmatched to her peers. My glass was never empty and my order was always correct. I've not always had the best experience in this location. However, Ivy has changed my outlook to a extreme positive. My work has led me around the world for thirty years. It is not a stretch to say, this is by far the best customer service...
