Tonight my wife and I went to Twisted Culture to get her some fro-yo. We got a cup just for her, after loading it up, we noticed there wasn’t any peanut butter topping, which was a bummer. We went to pay for her cup, and I asked if they honor Military Discount. The female cashier said “yes but only on your order”, and I didn’t think much of it until I paid that there was no discount applied. So when asked about the discount, she said she did not apply it. And I said “oh ok, can I get a credit or refund for not applying the discount then?” She said no. I asked for the manager and she refused to give me the managers information. She then said she could refund half of the order for the inconvenience. She rang it up on the register and then hands me a 1 dollar bill. She said that’s the 10% discount. I asked for my receipt and left. I was baffled at the service and figured I’d post this review instead of trying to correct it with the cashier. Hopefully someone will see this and go somewhere else.

This place smelled and looked dirty. Toppings don't look fresh the gummy was hard to bite into and the counter lady was just staring at me and my family while getting the Toppings made me feel uncomfortable. Customer service was horrible. I will never again come back to this place.

I read some poor reviews so after coming here I really wanted to write a review myself. My bf and I love froyo and have been craving it. We were in the area and stopped in. The place is clean and very colorful. All the toppings were fully stocked and looked fresh. I had strawberries and they were good. The froyo itself was tasty. The girl a Working there was friendly. She did more than just a hello, please and thank you. I would definitely go back here!

Went in there around 9pm on a Saturday and they didn’t have any more marshmallow cream topping left. We ask for more and employee said no more the rest of the night, they were open until 10, should have more since you are open until 10pm, I work in food so I know. And why you going to have an empty bottle out on the counter if you know it’s empty and you’re not going to fill it up?!

Amazing customer service. On 8/13/23 around 8 pm The young gentleman working the front was so nice and attentive. He deserves a raise. I will be returning. I appreciate his hard work and kind service.

Look elsewhere for “fresh fruit smoothies”. This is not a smoothie and def not made with fresh fruit, don’t advertise that if it’s not true. I got the strawberry banana and tasted like artificial strawberry banana & ice.. the place is clean & the young guy working at the front was very nice but everything is sitting out so I wouldn’t go for frozen yogurt either..

Gotta base this on my own personal tastes, so take it with a grain of salt. I always order the same thing: "original tart" yogurt with tons of fruit. Summertime favorite of mine. This was the only place I've ever seen that doesn't have the plain flavor, and they only had two fruit options. On the plus side, everything looked clean and fresh, and everyone was friendly.

Delicious! And my fave location. They always have fresh toppings and it’s clean, not messy. My fave is the pomegranate froyo with strawberry popping beads, mango, pineapple, and coconut and a drizzle of marshmallow. My husband had the cheesecake froyo with chocolate toppings. Delicious for the soon to be heat!

Brought my 2 daughters here for a treat. Didn’t think to check out prices fist, after all I just planned on buying 3 small yogurts………wellThose 3 yogurts cost $ 29.00…..and the employee told me that was with a 10% discount. If I made minimum wage, I would need to work for two hours to pay for three small yogurts at this store. Just can’t do it.
My Next Trip
Walked in at 845. Employee was sitting in the front of store in her pajamas on the phone and we thought she was a customer. No one came out to greet us or ask if we needed anything we stood at the scale for a minute thinking the employee would come from the back but nothing. Then the girl we thought was a customer went behind the counter to ring us up. Still never said hi, i asked her if she had reeses pb cups and she said no. They also had no pb sauce or caramel. We weighed our yogurts and she asked if i wanted a receipt. I said no and she said everything is behind you. (Spoons napkins, ect) my bill for 4 small yogurts was 30.00 i never got a hello or even a thank you. I work hard for my money too hard to spend it where its not appreciated.On the other hand the store was clean.
