I never been here before I drove by it on the way home, so I decided to try this place out. When I went to the shop and saw the variety of sweets, they had I was intrigued then I picked out a cookie and got a small ice cream with it and when I was charged for it, I thought it was a little overpriced, but then after I took my first buy, it was well worth it. It’s definitely worth going back for more. Originally I went there looking for a brownie and the lady asked me if she can help me and I told her she told me the crinkle cookie is which is what I had was basically a cookie brownie so I tried it tasted just like a brownie.

This is the cookie spot of choice! The price is so much more reasonable than other places, and it's so much better. If you love soda this is the place too! I'm glad we are getting these on the west side of Phoenix. I come from Buckeye just for this!!

First time here tonight and this place is awesome! The 2 ladies working were so friendly and helpful! I got the Monster cookie, pumpkin chocolate chip and churro and the pumpkin one was by far my favorite! Also got the blush lemonade and my daughter got a scoop of ice cream. Everything was amazing and I will definitely be back! It was indeed cheaper than Crumbl and there are more things to choose from.

I am very disappointed to be writing this review, as we typically love Twisted Sugar and frequent a couple of valley locations. I am a type 1 diabetic and must have sugar free drinks, so I always order diet/sugar free and double check that it was made correctly. My husband went this morning and ordered me a drink, and double checked that it was correct, and brought it home for me. My blood sugar at the time I started drinking it was 70, I didn't have anything else to eat/drink, and twenty minutes after drinking a fourth of the drink my blood sugar was shooting up and at 265. If you know anything about blood sugars, they should remain between 70 and 120 and a drastic jump like that will make me pretty sick the rest of the day. I called to inform them that we received the wrong drink and tell them what had happened and the employee on the phone disagreed that my drink was wrong, saying she had made it herself. I am positive it was made incorrectly (blood sugars don't lie). I'm disappointed by the response of the employee and how she abruptly ended the phone call- basically hanging up on me. No apology. No offer to make things right. We will absolutely not be returning to this location because of it.

Looks like crumbl has some competition here. They have a wide variety of cookies to choose from, they’re fresh and not doughy, and also can we talk about the price! Will be back again!

Great service, good cookies. So far have only eaten one of the chocolate chip and it was cooked perfectly. The gluten free peanutbutter cookie my bf got was soft and tasted great to him, also no gluten reaction so yay no cross contamination!!Bf got the lulu sprite drink but all he could taste was peach, it drowned out the watermelon and strawberry.

Consistently out of certain cookies, and it doesn’t matter what time of day you go, they don’t have them. Also gone a few times and been told they don’t have Dr Pepper? The wait for your drink takes an awful long time as well. Even with multiple employees working?Don’t get me wrong, the cookies are wayyy better than Crumbl, and the drinks are delicious. But you always leave feeling frustrated. And I’ve dropped by tons of times, so I’ve had plenty of experience to pull from. I really question how a company can run in such a manner. Would be a great place if they could pull it together.

I actually opened my doordash to order crumble cookies and omg am I glad I saw twisted sugar!!! Way better priced and so delicious!! The drinks are amazing and THE best combos of flavors! Definitely going to be a regular customer!

Don't come here on a Saturday night if you plan to get any of their cookies. 9:30 on a Saturday night and they were out of every one I asked for, so they had to tell me what they DID have. I eventually just said nevermind. Don't get me wrong, I love this places cookies and sodas, but tonight's experience just wasn't a good one.
Twisted sugar is awesome. It is right across the street from crumble cookies, but honestly, I prefer twisted sugar cookies. Do yourself a favor and give them a try next time you have a cookie craving. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised that they gave the cookie giants a run for their money. The banana crème and birthday cake cookies smack.

Twisted Sugar Westgate is definitely NOT at Westgate. 6:30 on a Friday and is seems like there was only one worker but she was very kind. Kids loved cookies, wife loved drink. I wanted an ice cream sandwich and they were all out.

So I got a dozen when I was out there visiting my mom and dad with my 4 kids. Not only do they have a wide selection of cookies but other yummies that I didn't get to try. Each cookie we got was different besides the lemon because both my oldest and my dad love all things lemon. So if you do order cookies, they will take a while to get since they don't frost the cookies until you order them. But they are SOOOO worth the wait. The cookies from top left to right: Lemon Raspberry Sugar Cookie, Lemon Sugar Cookie, Lemon Raspberry Sugar Cookie, Peanut Butter Nutella Cookie, Smores, Banana Cream, Birthday Cake Cookie, Sugardoodle Cookie , Oreo Sugar, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip with Cookie Butter (or Oatmeal Chocolate Chip), White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut, German Chocolate Brownie (I think). The chocolate brownie is my favorite that I got to try! Can't wait to try more!

Just picked up some cookies yesterday & they were so good. They are way better than Crumbl. Love that they have a Drive Thru as well. Will definitely be back. I love that they have such a huge selection of cookies & have a few that are flavors of the month unlike Crumbl who only has 6 with 2 that stay the same. I have found my new Cookie Place.
