Walmart Neighborhood Market

The pharmacy is awful. I don’t understand why they never can fill pain medication for patients who have just had surgery. I am done with this store. Back to frys best pharmacy around if you need pain medication and have just been through surgery. Screw this store!!!

Good quick stop grocery store

People make mistakes and equipment breaks, but how you address the concern is what's important. Today I went in to grab a few items on my way home, and was in a bit of a rush. At check out I selected cash back. And the machine had an error that prevented it from dispensing my cash. The nice man in self check out was there is seconds to support me, but reading the error recognized it was out of his ability to correct. He saw the manager Jojo or Jody and asked for help. She told him no and to find someone else she was going to do an interview, apparently Jojo does not think customers time is more important. Three other people attempted to help and as time went on Jojo finally appeared to correct the problem. Now wishing I never stopped as I am late, at least Jojos time waS cared for. Go here if you are not in a hurry or if you are not getting cash back. The rest of the team was great, but without support from their manager they were not given the needed tools to correct the concern alone or in a timely manner.

Rude Employee! Zero! Went there this morning to grab a few things instead of Frys, big Mistake. This older woman worker at the checkout w/reddish hair has a terrible attitude. Rudely talked to me and then as I left mean mugged me w/out a word. No Thx, have a nice day, Nothing! Go hate on ur own time and retire lady, u give that store a bad rep. Manager needs to do their job.

It's a good everyday grocery store - Walmart. Reliable and consistent. Most of their Great value Brand items are as good as other retail brands with better price.

This located near my home so I frequently stop here. Above and beyond is the pharmacy who fill prescriptions quickly. I had forgotten to pick my medicine up within the timeframe given but they still refilled my prescription with no complaints.The store is very clean, staff very friendly and the clearance section almost always has something I could use.

I went into the women's bathroom. At the same time as this personal shopper named Tara. I could hear her talking to herself very loudly in the stall next to mine. She got up after she was done with her business and just walked out the bathroom. Without washing her hands. I heard no water running or paper towels being used. I can't believe she handles people's groceries with those hands. Disgusting. I'm never shopping here again

This was one of the last few places that didnt profile me .... the pharmacy is the only friendly department thats consistent. I stopped going to big Walmart but i get followed around the store....

I lost my engagement ring when I can in to use the restroom. I called that night when I noticed and a male answered who put me on hold to ask a manager if my ring was found. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I literally drove there from Surprise and still no one returned to the phone.When I got in the store I looked and couldn’t find it so I went the customer service desk where they had the list and found. An older lady helped me and said nothing was turned in. She had me write me info down and a drawing of the ring in case it was found.After filing the police report they told me to go back and double check. This is now 2-3 weeks after it was lost. They never added my info to the list and found book. They didn’t have my contact info or anything. This time a younger woman helped me and she added my info to the book in front of me so it didn’t happen again.The customer service was horrible. I get it wasn’t their items lost but regardless have a little more compassion.

Great store to pick up some groceries when you're in a rush.

It's much smaller, which probably makes it pleasant to shop at.
