It's sad that customer service is absolutely horrible. They don't say hi or thank you. They just keep asking what else... What else and I always have to check my order because something is always missing. And they never apologize for their mistake.

The employees at this location really really do want to be there. The absolute worst, french fries and chicken nuggets I’ve ever had at any Wendy’s location . Cold , dry and hard . I will not spend my money at this location ever again

The one on 59th Ave and thunderbird, food is always cold when mobile ordering receiving because wven in the drive thru it it takes 20 mins just waiting in the drive thru , service here always molasses slow for drive thru food is cold, they don’t put asked for sauces in bag. I’ve came at different times of day and still receive slow and subpar service. Workers are too busy gossiping with eachother to actually get service

Decided to order Wendy's to let the family try the new Fuego meal, got a double stack for me and when I got my food, found out my burger came with mold!! MOLD. In a fast food establishment. I know this place's reputation, and if you don't it's that every time you come to this location you will have at least one thing wrong with your food, even then I still did not ever expect to see mold on my bun. Thankfully the district manager was in at the time and a quick report to him got my problem addressed and hopefully saved future customers a trip to the hospital. Thanks Wendy's. I'm glad the issue was able to be dealt with after I had to be subject to it. This location and it's workers have always been a joke. During a job search I applied here once, midnight that same night I got a prank phone call from the MANAGER of the location, a general manager but still! This place is highly unprofessional and a risk to its own customers.

Went through the drive thru around 415pm and ordered 4 fries and 5 Frostys. The frosty order was completely wrong and the fries were old. I wasn't acknowledged and he didn't offer a receipt. The two men in the drive thru didn't care. I won't be returning.

Just pulled out of the drive thru looks like they are closed all outside lights are off. The girl in the drive thru was literally something else! So freaking rude no customer service skills at all! Then asked if she was sure everything was in bag she rolled her eyes and said yes, pulled away to check and of course half of my order was not there so I went inside to let them know my order was missing items she walked to see who came in and heard me say “I was just in the drive thru and I’m missing items” she laughed and walked away. I honestly don’t understand how people still have a job after their crappy behavior.

Came up to Wendys after and long day of work. Pulled up to the drive through at 11:40 pm on 2/11/2025 and the closing staff let me know that, and I quote "didn't have any meat at the moment. And didn't have any frosties" myself and several cars left. If you're going to close before midnight I suggest posting it on your website.
I just ordered some food from Wendy's. The fries were old the burger was cold the chicken nuggets are cold. And they forgot to give me barbecue sauce. The only thing that was good was a soda. Lol the only Wendy's so far that I will say that's good is on Camelback and 91st avenue and the one off of Union hills and 83rd avenue. Every other Wendy's I've gone to the food is horrible.
