The last at the counter with the glasses and hoodie , is rude for no reason and has no business working in customer service. Was going to dine in but her attitude ruined us even wanting to be in the lobby. & The food was not good honestly. Disappointed all around.

I ordered food. My french fries were cold. I got One drink when I ordered two. Everything was cold. French fries are chewy and soggy chicken nuggets are chewy. I asked for no cheese on top of my burger and got cheese. They did not give my fries They did not give me sweet-and-sour sauce and they also did not give me straws for the only One of the drinks when I ordered two drinks

This Wendy’s is the worst in the country! The other day I stopped for breakfast and was treated with a bad attitude by this manager!
Today I go to get a frosty and same person had an attitude. Then I was approached by what appeared to be her boss asking if I had posted a review with her picture on social media!
She excused her behavior and was more concerned about my post. Bad customer service all the way around.
The salted caramel frosty was sooo good! Especially dipping the French fries. It tastes like French toast. I could eat a million of these. Someone get me another, quick! This is the perfect way to end a long day.

Food was good. Make sure if you are ordering barbecue sauce that you specify the one in the packet. I ended up paying an extra $4 for 4 bbqs. Service was quick and courteous, and our order was correct. No complaints. They have good chili too.
My son pointed out to me that the Wendy's girl shirt says mom with her scarf. Thought that was a nice touch. :)
Seriously perfect service. I was actually very dizzy when I ordered my food, and it was so fresh I was beyond satisfied. "Team" exists here. Everything seems very in synced to awareness. I will be stopping more often in the future.
