Worst customer service I have ever received. We come to this Wendys often, and today is the first time I have ever been charged for one single sauce. A meal always comes with one sauce. I can understand the extra charge if asking for extra. I asked for a specific sauce to be removed form my sandwhich and a different sauce on the side and that wasnt accommodated.

The space is always very clean and the staff is pleasant. The deals on the app are deceiving. If something is on special already, you can't take advantage of any of the deals on the app.
The last at the counter with the glasses and hoodie , is rude for no reason and has no business working in customer service. Was going to dine in but her attitude ruined us even wanting to be in the lobby. & The food was not good honestly. Disappointed all around.

I ordered food. My french fries were cold. I got One drink when I ordered two. Everything was cold. French fries are chewy and soggy chicken nuggets are chewy. I asked for no cheese on top of my burger and got cheese. They did not give my fries They did not give me sweet-and-sour sauce and they also did not give me straws for the only One of the drinks when I ordered two drinks
