My fries were double dipped so they were extra crispy and nothing in the middle. I expect that in the drive-thru, but you handed it to me. I was so tired that I didn't want to wait for new fries. I will say that the service was good and the store was clean.

I went to the lobby door which should have been open Because on the door it says it opens up at 6:30 AM. But I don't know what time frame.They'reon but it was not open and no one would come to the door when I knocked on it. Service is not bad, but it is super slow. It is super slow because the front counter staff is super old. They are really friendly, and I am happy that Wendy's employs them, but DO NOT have them working the front counter during optimal hours. Also, please fill up the fries correctly. I am tired of having to ask to please fill up the fries correctly. Time is money, and I kindly ask you to please stop wasting mine.Parking: Very small parking area and drive-through makes parking even worse.

When I ordered my food from the manager the food came out cold and the fries are overcooked the first time I received my sandwich the chicken was chopped up on the bun I took it back for a second time and the sandwich was completely cold at that point I didn't want to reorder I just walked out of the

Very disappointed!! Just got home with my order that was supposed to be a Number 10, chicken asagio sandwich meal, drink was supposed to be Coke zero, another order for a Baconator with a Daves craft lemonaid, no ice in either drink.Got to the window, they needed to make sure they got the right order, came back after checking, we also told them again at the window what we ordered.This is what we got, one single hamburger, one double hamburger, and a Dr. Pepper, don't know if it was diet or not, the lemonaid was ordered with no ice, it came with ice, we made them aware of it and they fixed it. We are not happy at all, it can'tthat hard. We will not be buying from this location ever again.
