Fairly new location, almost too close to my house...lol, just kidding.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered two combos and went I got to the window to pay and to get my order. The young man at the window threw my change at me and hurried up and gave me my drinks while giving me my change. I always waited in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes for my food. While I was waiting I could hear loud music coming from the kitchen? This restaurant has a lot of young people working there!

The worst customer service in the city.. first thing I noticed was everyone always sounds like they just woke up. Second thing is, they do not say thank you or have a nice day .. they'll hand you your food and close the window. You can be the only car in the drive through and place a simple order and they will always forget something. After 3 tries, I'm not going back.

I enjoy the food, but it gets on my nerves that I almost always have to go inside the store after already going through the drive-thru because they keep forgetting to give me a straw. Once or twice, fine. But multiple times? Laziness.
