It was okay, nothing special. Burgers lacked flavor even with bacon added. Their baked potatoes are a little disappointing - nothing like Texas Roadhouse. They were just okay I guess, for microwaved potatoes.

Ordered the 2 for 3 breakfast deal 2 sausage and 2 bacon croissants. And coffe and potatoe wedges .. all on the 2 for 3 deal . The employees were half asleep service was bad . Then they charged me separately for the sandwiches and only did the coffee and potatoes at the 2 for 3. So what should have been like 10 bucks and change with taxes came out to be 22 . The sandwiches were cold and sucked . They should have changed the sandwiches to the two for 3 but charges separately.

So after work I chose Wendy's for my meal. I ordered the pretzel baconator combo. As I ordered, the man had brought back his chili because there was a piece of plastic inside the chili. That was the first thing next I went to get ketchup and noticed the entire dining area was filthy. No customers except that man and myself. Even if they had a rush before I showed. There was no reason the person behind the register could not clean and wipe everything down. I actually watched him walk to the back then front several times, looking for something to do. As this was happening, my burger was sitting half made on the line because no one was there anymore. Last, once I received my order, he did apologize for the wait. I sat unwrapped the burger, and I must say it was messy, and the presentation sucked. It looked like a sloppy mess. This was a disappointing experience. Far too much focus goes on drive thru, and customers in the dining area are neglected. My humble review.

Well I had ordered 3 burgers, and a large fry thru DoorDash. To be exact 2 double stacks and jr cheeseburger duluxe. Let me tell you the burgers were cold as ice and disappointing after I got done eating fries that look good on top and burnt on the bottle of batch on early Sunday morning. 12/24/23. Even though place was close by my house I thought it was a good choice to just be let down bad like they didn’t care and served quick junk. I’ve never wrote this bad of a review as a business critic with lots of reviews under my belt. I highly would not recommend this place for home deliveries cause they failed my expectations Big time! For a fast food establishment. Hopefully they get better as a food service on a delivery platform cause 0.9 miles away from my house you think food be perfect and hot and not cold or burnt at all.
