Worst wetzels I've ever been to. Servers are always rude, food is always overcooked, and the posted hours mean nothing at all. Owners need to step in here, it's been bad for a while.

I must be getting old, but $30 for 2 snacks and a drink GTFOH. I ordered and I didn't get what I ordered so I repeated myself, and finally got my food, which had been sitting under the warmers for hours. Get someone competent to run the register, preferably with some good listening skills.

Got a pretzel here last night, pepperoni and jalapeno, and the bottom was black burnt. It's not often that happens, but I don't get those,I usually get the bites. But I said something a couple minutes ago and they were like whatever

If i can do a zero star I would. Right off the bat the workers were not friendly like they did not want to be there. This happens I get it. Were ordered our food ate it right away. Within 2hrs wife had become sick. Another hour and 1 daughter down. Few more hours family of 5 had been severely food poisned. I reached out right away to cooperate because no one answered the phone at that location, so they could jump on this right away. Couple days went bay and no response. I emailed again and told them how disappointed i was that they wouldn't take this matter seriously.. 4days and then I get a call. There magic answer was to offer a gift card for more of this food. Who in there right mind would go back to the place that got them sick. Told them that wouldn't work and they haven't responded since. Now here is a company that guaranteed doesn't care if you get sick due to there poor health standards behind the counter. Learn this lesson from my family. This is not the place you want to eat it. To be specific this is the tanger outlet location in Glendale.
