Im not happy with this location, I work nearby and even when Google says it is open. I go and it is closed. It is Friday at 3:00 PM they are supposed to be open but nooooooooooo......cmon i want my pretzel!!!! Sooooo one month later. On a Friday supposed to open at one. I went at 1:30 to this location being closed again. Unacceptable business

Man don't go here serving burnt pretzels then nasty attitudes man just the worst went back for an exchange ended up paying a total of 10.00 for pigs n a blanket to exchange for my burnt PRETZEL NEVER AGAIN

Very busy on weekends. I felt the costumer service wasn’t really good. They should have a sign for pickups especially on weekends so dashers can easily pick it up.what sucks was they didn’t start making it till you arrive , when there was plenty of staff in the back. There also needs to start calling out pick up orders for dashers , not just handing them the bag without knowing where it goes to? Please get it together

Pretzel bites were good but I felt ripped off. The man at the window told me that the combo was like $8, included dip and a drink. Got my receipt, he charged $8 for the drink, $2 for the dip and $8 for the pretzel bites. WHY is a pretzel combo close to $20. I even asked how it added up so quickly and he somewhat explained it but I probably won't go to this location again. You fooled me once but you won't fool me again. ????

I'm not sure why a tip request is necessary when this is just a transactional exchange anyway but to set the prompts to a 20%, 30% or 40%!! Tip is ridiculous. 40%!! Come on, that's waaaaaaaaaaay to silly.

Arrived at the location seated hours are till 10 o’clock and the lady at the window wouldn’t even acknowledge us just saying they were close. They might want to update their hours if they are not going to be open until they’re closing time.

Get the salted pretzel bites with the Carmel. They’re so good there’s one right next to the splash pad if you’re having them With the kids might as well sit in the shade and get your feet wet
