Honestly our pretzel bites were a little bit old I think. I would have taken them back but we were far enough away that it wasn't really worth my while. I'll still be back to wetzel's.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Wetzel’s Pretzels. The staff showed clear favoritism toward certain guests, giving them special treatment while the rest of us were ignored. I stood there waiting for help while employees just looked around and didn’t bother to assist. To make things worse, the prices seemed to change depending on who was ordering. I watched them give a lower price to one guest, only to charge me (and others) the full price right after. That’s not just unprofessional it feels dishonest. Between the lack of customer service and the inconsistent pricing, this location left a really bad impression. Definitely not the kind of service I’d expect from a big brand like Wetzel’s Pretzels.

I find it near impossible to walk past Wetzel’s Pretzels especially when their doors are open and the smell is wafting out. I had came to the outlets for some specific items and had to stop in for some pretzel bites. I added the jalapeño cheese to go with it. Service was great and I was on my way. The secret is to come early so there’s no wait and everything tastes so much better.

The pretzels really aren’t all that good. The employee was disrespectful because I didn’t give her a tip for grabbing a bag of pretzels out of the case and handing it to me. I told her I didn’t want the receipt and instead she threw the dirty paper into the bag on top of the open pretzels.

Absolutely Incredible!! Really Really Delicious!! I don't think I'll ever be able to eat anything or anywhere else ever ever Again!! They were soft, warm, fresh, and delicious, delicious, Delicious DELICIOUS!! For a second I thought I had crossed over to heaven!! I'm crying tears of joy!

I originally thought that we could come here to eat like Taiwan and Aulei, but everyone was walking around with this in their hands. It tastes like a pretty good hot dog. One portion is just right for two people, otherwise it will be too boring to stand. Here It's amazing to have a ceiling fan up there.

The pretzels were not cooked correctly, it was very doughy, it was definitely uncooked, I wanted to go back and let employee know, but I was on my way back home when I was trying to enjoy my pretzel. I love pretzels, but these made me sick biting into an uncooked pretzel, it was gross, and had to toss it in the trash.

Didn't receive all of the order and items we door receive were incorrect. Rude and overwhelmed staff. They did not have enough staff members working to handle the crowds and as a result we're making mistakes and not friendly.

The pretzels were not cooked correctly, it was very doughy, it was definitely uncooked, I wanted to go back and let employee know, but I was on my way back home when I was trying to enjoy my pretzel. I love pretzels, but these made me sick biting into an uncooked pretzel, it was gross, and had to toss it in the trash.
