Wetzel's Pretzels

The girls behind the counter made fun of my sisters weight in spanish, thinking she didn't speak it. Sister came home crying and asked that I not go down there to confront the staff. Instead I'm doing this and will let family members and friends know not to choose this business.

Man this is just plain lack of common sense from Wetzel Preztel. The orders are on that small wall, and nobody is fulfilling them, so i made an online order 15 min ago, i arrived nobody was there to order and they were just sitting and chatting! Is this for real Wetzel Pretzel? You jeed to teach your employees common sense and to fulfill orders when they arrive!

Went to get myself dinner. Grabbed the new frosted hot cocao, and two bags of pretzel bites (one normal and one hot dog bites). First, the frosted hot cocoa ($7.29 by the way) was just plain bad. The ice crystals were so big, they ended up watering down the beverage before it even got to my mouth! I had to blend it at home for it to even be somewhat enjoyable!

Then, the pretzel dogs I got weren't even fully cooked, there was a decent sized layer of uncooked dough between the hotdog and the pretzel dough. Once again, I had to finish baking it at home, in my oven.

My whole meal was just about $30. Money completely wasted, to say I am disappointed is a gross understatement. If I wanted to finish making my meal, then I would have made it myself, this is defeating the purpose of fast food for god's sake!

So I work at the same mall at auntie Anne’s and my coworker last night ordered canes off DoorDash and the DoorDash person dropped it off at wetzels instead of auntie Anne’s and when we seen the picture of where the food was, it was at wetzels and so they said they didn’t have it but had the audacity to say “it doesn’t matter anyways” when I walked away so they are thieves and take orders that aren’t theirs!!

While shopping at the mall we stopped for some quick pretzel bites and cheese as well as a few drinks. The line was pretty short and we were helped fairly quickly . The employees were ok, but did not look very happy . This is just a little corner spot in the mall so not much to say. There are some tables and chairs to sit and have your food or drinks or take to go.

Dumb workers there! They were all laughing giggles while I was waiting in line while there was another register open I didn’t notice and the workers didn’t let me know nothing and someone short cut me.

my friend’s $50 got ripped up after they deliberated that it was fake — completely incorrect procedure when you come across a fake bill. either you return it and refuse the bill or call the proper authorities to deal with the counterfeit money. my friends and i are 20 year old students and have no business in knowingly having counterfeit money; especially EXCHANGING it at a PRETZEL STORE. once the employee who ripped up the bill was confronted, they did not seem fazed by the fact that they had done something wrong, making it seem like WE were the ones who were inconveniencing him like my friend was not the one who was down 50 bucks. thankfully, after we brought up that we’d be writing a police report, a different employee professionally dealt with the problem and we were able to get the bill back and have it inspected by a bank teller. pretzels were fine but not good enough to ignore this terrible treatment and conduct.

Last night, I went to this location and there were two young people. After I ordered they stayed in the back until I passed the tip screen, then they rushed to the register to see the amount for tip. I put 0 tip and they both went to the drink station to make my drink and were whispering and looking back at me. they stood very close so you couldn't see what they were doing. I ended up pulling out cash to tip them. But they are abusing customer's food unless you leave a tip . The bill was almost 30$ now I have to tip to make sure no one hurts my food? I already contacted customer service,waiting on response for this assault.

Always love the pretzel bites. Always git them when we had season tickets to the dbacks.
