Simply too slow. Waited over 20 minutes inside for my small delivery order. Overheard that there were people complaining in the drive-through as well. Will avoid deliveries here in the future. Go to this location at your own risk of wasting a lot of time.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for them to forget about us asked for a refund since they walked up and asked what we ordered. They definitely don’t know what they’re doing here very unorganized. Manager with glasses was no help either didn’t care whatsoever.

If I could give a zero I would, I was waiting at the counter for 15 minutes with 10 workers behind the counter and not a single person offered to help until I asked and there supervisor was watching the whole time

I had issue with my order with uber eats but I tried to go to the restaurant myself and talked to the manager and she took care of me perfectly it was on Sunday 11/16/2025 around 6:30 pm on 43rd ave and bell rd. I don’t know her name but I want to appreciate her and hopefully the restaurant will thank her for the great customer service

Whataburger food is average, but some days are worse than others. On 2/14/25 went there to get breakfast and everything started off ok, but then when the employee came out to collect payment everything went down hill from there. Said sorry for the inconvenience but the soda machine, just broke would you like another drink instead. I said no I just will take the refund for the drink price and I'll be good. The employee brought out my food and everything was fine with the order but still waiting for my refund. The manager came out and was extremely unprofessional said give me the food back and I'll refund the money to you. I said the food was fine just needed the refund for the drink only he said he couldn't do that. So I said fine give me back my receipt and I'll take it up with the corporate office. He walked away and didn't provide me my receipt, then after 5 minutes came out and said here is your receipt. A simple fix to over 10 minutes and the customer service was poor. Wouldn't recommend going to the 43rd ave and bell road location.

Over charged for bacon when the drive through worker said it was with the sandwich. They are extremely slow and have workers walking right in front of vehicles to take another vehicles food. Very unsafe I am not sure that Osha would be to pleased to find out how you have no moral compass for your employees and there safety. And the quality of food is not it at this location. Fries cold and given small order when paid for medium. I will contact Osha to make sure they are aware of the employee drive thru also contacting health department on the quality of food.
The hamburgers were so dried out I couldn't finish eating more then 3 bites gross

Revelation

Food is good but its getting a bit wild how much you have to decline offers,apps,and other junk before you can just speak your order. There was a day when someone would say how can I help you, And then you would speak your order, and that was it. Now I have to decline an application order.I have to tell them don't want their promotional food.I have to order my stuff and then tell them I still don't want any additional promotional things.It is a lot to say just to order one biscuit Sandwich. Shouldnt be a paragraph of speaking to order a single item

Burger was delicious but was not as hot as I would prefer. Fries stayed hot however, and the apple pies were pretty good

What stood out the most to me was the service. The gentleman who took my order was very polite, professional, as was the young man at the window. A different gentleman brought me my food, as I had to be parked, but a 3 were great.

I’ve had bad experiences with Whataburger before, but this location is top-tier

Innovaspeed

As a Texas native, I always appreciate a chance to eat here. The drive thru generally moves at a decent enough pace. Their new 2 lane layout can be a bit confusing, and I'm not confident that it's actually faster. But the food is always accurate. The staff all seem friendly. The breakfast biscuits can be on the dry side, but their bacon is actually completely cooked. Overall, solid place to grab a bite on the go.

This is the first time and the last time I will ever think about ordering food from this restaurant. It's one thing to mess up something small on an order but to mess up my entire order to the point where I just threw my food away is disturbing. I'm upset I wasted my money on something I couldnt even take a bite out of. When you think your getting a quick solution to dinner and end up going to bed hungry what a sad world we are coming to. Paying people 16 and hour to mess up orders. McDonald's could do better that what I experienced tonight
