WhiskeyRose on a Monday is quiet and slow, but the food, drinks and wait staff is still outstanding! I love this place anytime of day.

Pretty nice place with really nice staff. We stopped here before a coyotes game to grab a bite to eat. The burger was cooked a nice medium and was pretty large. It had a nice seasoning and a pretty good value for the price. The prime rib was really delicious and came with a corn on the cob and a roll. The manager stopped over and was really friendly. You could tell he enjoyed being around customers. The wait staff was all very friendly and the atmosphere was really upbeat. Overall it's a really nice place to eat or grab a drink.

The waitresses were kind. The service was quick. The atmosphere was enjoyable. Not too loud.Drinks were okay. The whiskey sour that was ordered was mostly sour and not worth the 8 bucks. The Jack and gingers were good, not too strong but a happy medium. Prime rib sandwich was good. The prime rib was a win. The pulled pork was dry and was nothing exciting. It was a concert weekend so many of the things we initially ordered were not available which was a bummer, but all in all it was a good time. We'd return, but not when events are happening.

Without a doubt the slowest server I've ever had. After waiting over an hour for 3 small sides I get brought out the wrong sides and they were COLD. Met with awful service and food here. Disappointed because it used to be great but the last 2 times have shown this place to have truly gone down hill.

I just had the worst service in my life. Our waitress was very rude and acted as if serving us was putting her out and the place is empty. Our Margarita was aweful. Never coming here again we brought an out of town guest for a Birthday drink.

Food was very good- especially the moist brisket! We were seated in the back of the restaurant and it was a bit stuffy back there. We would definitely return for food and drinks again before the next event we attend at the arena. However, if it is an event day- expect a 35+ minute wait.

We came here after a coyotes game. It was understandably packed. We got seated quick and ordered quick. The manager/doorman Hugo came by to make sure we were happy. I had a blueberry whiskey sour and it was sooooo delish! Not over the top whiskey but a lot of fresh blueberries. We ordered the Buffalo fries and they were all the goodness of wings without the mess. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic food, and great service. Brianna had great drink recommendations and was a wonderful waitress. She makes you feel like you are her only table.

Went to Whiskey Rose last night for my birthday because I wanted barbecue and had family in from out of town. The wait was very long for a table even though we counted many tables empty. Once we did get seated at 6:15 we were told they were out of three different menu items. Then when we order we were told they are now out of brisket. So we ordered and again a long wait for the food and when we did get the food the food on the family feast was cold and had to be sent back. Service was not good either, I had to ask three different servers for utensils.

The guy at the entrance big heavy guy no hair he's so rude no good customer service! Also it was raining n he comes over n takes our umbrella away n gives it to someone else who does that so rude definitely a thumbs down for this place

Great location great food. Music is ridiculously loud. Can't carry on a conversation. When we asked DJ to tone it down we were told don't like it? Leave. Not against the type of music but seriously, hearing yourself speak would be a bonus. Bad customer service. Moving over to one of the other establishments.

We went here as a birthday request from my sister. It was a new place for the entire family and we were all very disappointed. I have to say that the manager and server were very accommodating and discounted our meal. So let's talk about the food, there were about 12 of us and we understand there will be a wait with a party that big. When the food came out every meal was cold, fries, ribs, pizza, burger, not the lukewarm you can deal with, but ice cold. The beans, which are considered a favorite, have a very odd taste. The best thing on the menu is the Buffalo chicken fries. This is a bar and grill and the food was what I consider drunk food "only good if you are drinking". Since I don't drink, I had nothing to mask the flavors. I don't recommend eating here and it's a shame because the manager more than made up for our experience, even giving the birthday girl a gift card to come back. I wish Robert Irvine could come and redo this place and give them new recipes. Sadly I won't go back.

Visited before Cardinals game $80 for 6 16oz domestic beers. I understand trying to make a profit, but holy smokes! Plus they automatically tact on 20% gratuity. Highway robbery. Seems you should stay out of the gateway hub and visit the surrounding restaurant who have $3 domestic game specials. Easily within walking distance.

Uuuuh, hate needing to write this since I know its tough times hiring people. But that's just it. When I finally decide to eat out, I expect food that is better than the slop I make at home. 3 of us for dinner, needing a quick bite before ice skating. Food came out quickly, but was stone cold. I ate mine b/c I was hungry & we haven't much time. The pulled pork, had soooo much fat mixed in, it was off-putting. The mac & cheese was not good & I don't think serving it hot would've made a difference. Seriously, kitchen staff, taste that & tell me if you would be proud of it. Tried my friend's brisket, tasted o.k., but again, an off-putting amount of fat to trim off it. My $5 ear of corn was the best part of the meal, better if I could've put the butter on it, but the staff forgot to put the heat lamps on in the kitchen & that's why everything was COLD including the hard (& tasteless) roll. My 16 oz "happy hour" beer from local fav Four Peaks was $8.50, geez! How much is it normally? Don't wanna know. The only reason I would give this place another shot is b/c Jose personally apologized profusely, took some of the worst things off our check & gave us a card to visit them again. New Years Resolutions for WR: * TASTE the food being served * Look for steam rising from plates you are about to serve (seriously, I do this at home & it totally works!!) * Ditch the silly paper liners.
