I love wingstop This specific location service was so great. The workers were happy to accept my order. I am very satisfied with my food. Everything was cooked to perfection and it was under 10 minutes of wait time. Everything was clean and taken care of. I would highly recommend this specific Wingstop location and not the one on happy Valley Road. I was very satisfied with my Wingstop experience today.

Walked in to an empty restaurant, only to be told it’s an hour wait. I understand the togo volume may have been high, but that is just ridiculous. Do better wingstop.

I’ve been here twice and won’t return. There was so much oil in my basket my dry rub looked like a sauce. All the tables were dirty. I’m not sure they’re even trying to retain customers. It was disgusting. First time they screwed up my order but fixed it after coming back in.

Horrible experience left a screw in my fries!!!! The red hair “Manager” barely wanted to help and kept denying what I was showing her in person!!!!! I hope no one goes there the customer dose not come first !!!!!!it’s a complete health violation and the way they handled this was completely inappropriate!!!!!!

The tables were dirty, I had to clean my own table with a napkin and water as the workers watched. My stomach has been hurting for a few days as well would never go back here again!

Been to this location multiple times and never had an issue until today. I placed an online order for carryout, we get there right at the time it’s supposed to be ready and they say seven more minutes. That’s no problem, we sit at the bench right in front of the counter and wait. People come and go as we sit there for thirty minutes and then we ask how much longer? Come to find out, the bag sitting in the window was ours, leaking grease, and had been sitting there almost as long as we waited for. They didn’t apologize, just shrugged their shoulders. Again, we had sat there for thirty minutes, right in front of them waiting and they didn’t tell us it was ready nor check on us once. So I ask them to remake it and they respond with an attitude that sure, they’ll do it but it’ll take 15-20 minutes. So we wait, they remake it, and we leave. Food ended up just as good as it has been previously but the customer service was not there. Had they apologized and admit their mistake, I would have understood. I get it, it happens. Unfortunately, they saw it as our problem. We won’t be back, that’s for sure.

I ordered a 20 wing combo for delivery and when my food got here all i got was corn and I tried to call back and nobody picked up the phone
The service was good but the fries were soggy and undercooked. We placed a walk in order so we waited outside after they said it would be ten minutes which was not a problem because we were going through the other places in the plaza in the meantime. We came back to check on the order and they said it would be another 10 minutes. We then went and waited in the car for 10 minutes and went back in and got the order and the fries were not fresh. The wings were good and the mango habanero was awesome but the fries are much better when they are fresh, especially considering the wait period . All in all I give a 3 based on this experience.

First &last time I will ever eat Wingstop. First off the hostess at the counter was snarky &rude to my child &I while trying to decide what to order. I asked only for wings and was charged for fries and a drink as well (refused the drinks &saw the fries when I made it home) Second We got food poisoning!! Either the grease was dirty or the chicken under cooked either way it was the only meal I had yesterday and today We are both sick!! Never going to any Wingstop again CHECK YOUR CHICKEN!!

The bathroom floor was so slippery I almost fell. There was no trash can in the lobby/eating area. They had no gift cards. There were three people standing at the cash register, and only one register open. The food was good and fresh. No changing tables in the bathroom
