Are wings yesterday tasted dry over cooked or old not suređ§the people that worked there were nice

Been to this location multiple times and never had an issue until today. I placed an online order for carryout, we get there right at the time itâs supposed to be ready and they say seven more minutes. Thatâs no problem, we sit at the bench right in front of the counter and wait. People come and go as we sit there for thirty minutes and then we ask how much longer? Come to find out, the bag sitting in the window was ours, leaking grease, and had been sitting there almost as long as we waited for. They didnât apologize, just shrugged their shoulders. Again, we had sat there for thirty minutes, right in front of them waiting and they didnât tell us it was ready nor check on us once. So I ask them to remake it and they respond with an attitude that sure, theyâll do it but itâll take 15-20 minutes. So we wait, they remake it, and we leave. Food ended up just as good as it has been previously but the customer service was not there. Had they apologized and admit their mistake, I would have understood. I get it, it happens. Unfortunately, they saw it as our problem. We wonât be back, thatâs for sure.

I ordered a 20 wing combo for delivery and when my food got here all i got was corn and I tried to call back and nobody picked up the phone

The service was good but the fries were soggy and undercooked. We placed a walk in order so we waited outside after they said it would be ten minutes which was not a problem because we were going through the other places in the plaza in the meantime. We came back to check on the order and they said it would be another 10 minutes. We then went and waited in the car for 10 minutes and went back in and got the order and the fries were not fresh. The wings were good and the mango habanero was awesome but the fries are much better when they are fresh, especially considering the wait period . All in all I give a 3 based on this experience.

First &last time I will ever eat Wingstop. First off the hostess at the counter was snarky &rude to my child &I while trying to decide what to order. I asked only for wings and was charged for fries and a drink as well (refused the drinks &saw the fries when I made it home) Second We got food poisoning!! Either the grease was dirty or the chicken under cooked either way it was the only meal I had yesterday and today We are both sick!! Never going to any Wingstop again CHECK YOUR CHICKEN!!

The bathroom floor was so slippery I almost fell. There was no trash can in the lobby/eating area. They had no gift cards. There were three people standing at the cash register, and only one register open. The food was good and fresh. No changing tables in the bathroom

Worst experience of my life Theyâre jackass selfs Wouldnt take my friends orders because it was âalot of peopleâ The manager told the workers to tel us they would take 1 hour time to make the wings, but for everyone else they got their food in minutes
The workers were lying about the wait time all because the manager told them to say that even this it wasnât true, the restaurant was empty so how would that even make sense, the floor was greasy my friends almost slipped and the workers were also on their asses doing nothing and they were also obviously laughing at us thinking we didnât know that they were lying.

I ordered my food i got a 70cent 10pcs wings and cajin fries well done when i open my bag there was a hair in my ranch.i come for the ranch because its so good but that happened i cant enjoy my meal do to that situation but the lady said 15mins for my order and it took longer i wish all those workers would do something and not talk I am unsatisfied

I submitted an order online and it didn't go through. The manager which I didn't catch her name, I'm sorry, she apologized have me a drink and they immediately made my order. She was very nice and apologetic. I've been to other wing stops and they aren't anywhere as nice as this one. I wasn't too upset, it wasn't their fault. I just really appreciated their ability to make it correct. Would definitely go back again. Thank you.
