I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but the service here was absolutely ridiculous. Spent about half an hour waiting for food, and once the food was received, half of my order was missing. I was already home by then, so I just decided to call them. Despite me being charged almost $30, I was told that the other half of my order was never placed. This not being true, I requested to speak to the manager who claimed I could not receive a refund and instead could just come back for my food. I was a bit frustrated because I live 30 minutes from this location and it was already 11pm, so I was not inclined to come back. Especially after waiting an incredibly long time for my food. Eventually, we came to the conclusion that I could receive a refund, but would be refunded in 2-3 weeks. Huge bummer
Update: It has been several months and I never got that refund 🤷♀️

Tried picking up uber eats orders but employees inside decided to close early so they could go home early and tried to claim it was for remodeling but there was no visible construction and no work trucks in the parking lot. Terrible service, making people waste gas because of laziness. While writing this at least 4 others arrived trying to get uber or doordash orders. Shameful.

Tried picking up two Uber orders at this location and employees decided to close early so they could take the Uber orders as free food and after we arrived they tried putting up a note saying they were remodeling and there is no construction happening while orders were sitting in the window. I paid $60 for my order and was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes so 20 minutes later we pick up our food and get home to find out we didn’t even get the right order and I repeated my order to the cashier 3 times and still got our order wrong
Unfortunetly I will not be returning to this location. Horrible customer service and my wings came out cold not luke warm but cold like they were in the refrigerator. I told the girl in front Rose and all she could do was say sir. Never apologized or even offered to rectify the situation. Needless to say this location is seriously lacking supervision. It is a bunch of young adults working there with none of them knowing anything on how to lead.

I love wingstop This specific location service was so great. The workers were happy to accept my order. I am very satisfied with my food. Everything was cooked to perfection and it was under 10 minutes of wait time. Everything was clean and taken care of. I would highly recommend this specific Wingstop location and not the one on happy Valley Road. I was very satisfied with my Wingstop experience today.
