I've gotten pickup a lot here and usually the service is pretty good and the food is good (majority of the time), but today I placed an order, checked, and noticed it was incorrect. I returned inside, apologized for the inconvenience (despite it not being my fault) and asked if I could get the correct order. The cashier proceeded to roll his eyes and walk away. I didn't get the chance to tell him my orders specifications so when he came back I clarified just in case and he rolled his eyes again. I'm disappointed because my experience is usually pretty positive at this location. I tried to be as nice as possible due to the hassle, but I'm not just going to pay for something I won't eat due to convenience. Otherwise, the corrected order came out very quickly, my only complaint was the rudeness because I asked my correct order.

My go to order is boneless wings hot and seasoned fries. This place has some delicious wings at an affordable price. Store is always clean and maintained same goes for exterior. Staff is always courteous and attentive. Been coming to this location for years occasionally fries are not as crispy other then that they fantastic.

I went into the restaurant on Friday afternoon/evening around 3pm-5pm ish. Right away the woman who was at the register greeted me & was very friendly! Most places customer service is not great but not bad, but her energy & attitude was amazing. She had glasses & I believe she said she was a manager. Food was great as

Idk what happened, but the last 3 orders of wings have been insanely salty. Used to be perfect, now its over salted and unenjoyable. The ranch is still bomb.

They forgot an order of fries. Hoenst mistake. But then my husband took a bite out of an undercooked wing. Not only did we lose money, but seriously.... under cooked chicken.

Take out containers were excessively greasy on the outside. Food was OK. I would rather make my own wings vs coming here. Not horrible, just not great.
How are you going to have 5 people work in the back and only one person in the front?! Not okay to wait 10 MINUTES AFTER my food was ready to receive it. It sat on the counter for that long because 1 girl at the front was busy taking orders. BUT plenty of people standing around in the back! One of them could've handed my food HOT not cold -_- do better as a team.

Just got wings, picked up. Best wings ever!!! I only get my wings here. Crisp fresh celery, great ranch dressing. I won't get my wings from anyone else!!! Keep up the good work you guys, I will spread good words about you!!

Wings were cooked perfectly and 8 wings for $12 after tax is a good price. Wings take about 20 minutes to be ready so don't complain when it takes 20 minutes. I'll definitely come back here again.
