I had an amazing experience at the store as soon as I walked in, I was instantly greeted by the lady Eriana at the counter. When she was taking my order she had a very sweet voice and made thing easy and clear to understand, my food was ready at a reasonable time as well and was hot and delicious, then the Eriana offered me an extra ranch if I took a quick survey which I took but over all I had an amazing time at the store and loved the service Eriana provided.

The food here is delicious but the customer service is very low no greeting no real interaction other than what would you like not even have a good day. Teach your employees about proper greetings it would improve sales everyone knows that maybe it's just the area this will probably go over looked but hey we gotta try

If I could give less than one I would. Ordered a huge order. I asked the girl at the counter if everything was right she said yes. Got home and my 10 piece none in wings along with my Granddaughters 2 Missing Chicken Tenders were not there. I called and the girl literally asked me to bring the whole order back because they didn't know if I was just saying that..WHAT? Spoke to the Manager same thing I asked are calling me a liar? I just spent $84 on food. Went back to store and a gentleman named Zach said without hesitation we will remake your whole order. I put the bags in the counter and he said keep them I'll remake your order. MUCH RESPECT ZACH RECOVERED a near LOSS of my Business. THANK YOU ZACH!!!
