Food is usually never ready. As a delivery driver this can suck, especially when they say it’ll just be a few but it ends up being 10+ minutes. Only once or twice in dozens of times has the food been ready upon arrival. I would’ve rated higher but the staff telling me it’ll be a few and waiting so much longer over and over again left a bad taste. Just be truthful to your drivers, I could be waiting in my car or take another order if you were just truthful. I try to avoid this place as a delivery driver now since they take so long.

The girl at the front was very nice, but I noticed one of the guys in the back just messing around on his phone while customers were waiting. My order took way too long because of it. Honestly, this Wingstop is really disappointing. Would not recommend coming here👎🏻.

I recently placed an online order for a combo meal, which clearly included a drink. When I went in-store to pick it up, I was told there were no fountain sodas available. I politely asked if I could get a bottled soda instead, but was told I’d have to pay extra.

This was frustrating since I already paid for a drink as part of the combo. To make matters worse, the customer service I received was unhelpful and dismissive. I expected better from Wingstop.

OMG! I cannot with this place. I went once and I’m never going to this location again. When I entered I felt a blast of negative energy into my face. The 16-year-old boys were super rude. I heard them cussing and goofing off in the kitchen. I waited 45 minutes for my order and the food came out cold. My kid took a bite out of his wing and start to feel nausea because there are so much oil on the bottom of the tray. I asked them for another batch of fries and they still came out cold and dark as hell. I was so pissed that I walked out of there and slammed the door. This location should be closed immediately and the manager should be fired from the Wingstop corporation. I will definitely put a negative review for this place.

Absolutely disgusting! Waited over 45 minutes just to get cold wings with way too much seasoning and salt , ice cold soggy fries, nasty tables that haven’t been cleaned for days, all the ketchups were stuck together, no napkins, and a bunch of teenagers in the kitchen goofing off instead of working. We were all nauseous because of how bad the food was, I left $60 of food on the table because it was inedible..

This is my 2nd time at this location. They were a little busy tonight. I ordered two 20 peice boneless wing deals online. I waited about 10 mins for my food once I get there, which is ok because I rather have fresh food. I got home ready to eat, but 10 of my boneless wings were missing. I called and they put the 10 wings on for me which is great and good service but by the time I had to go back to pick up my wings and back home the wings were cold. Great food usually but bad service this time.

No ice for drinks, completely ran out of forks even though they let us order boneless wings, took 32 mins to get 2 meals, not good attitudes from employees when we walked up to check in on food, saw an employee putting food on a top shelf where they store containers?, and the tea tasted dirty so probably didn’t clean the tea dispensers. Overheard while we were here they messed up peoples orders (not shocking)

I have been here twice and had to wait 30 minutes or more to get my food. Ridiculous it takes that long. They were well staffed so not sure why it takes that long!
