I recently placed an online order for a combo meal, which clearly included a drink. When I went in-store to pick it up, I was told there were no fountain sodas available. I politely asked if I could get a bottled soda instead, but was told I’d have to pay extra.

This was frustrating since I already paid for a drink as part of the combo. To make matters worse, the customer service I received was unhelpful and dismissive. I expected better from Wingstop.

This is my 2nd time at this location. They were a little busy tonight. I ordered two 20 peice boneless wing deals online. I waited about 10 mins for my food once I get there, which is ok because I rather have fresh food. I got home ready to eat, but 10 of my boneless wings were missing. I called and they put the 10 wings on for me which is great and good service but by the time I had to go back to pick up my wings and back home the wings were cold. Great food usually but bad service...

Alexis at the register gave exceptional service from beginning to end. Of all the places to eat my daughter selected Wingstop and the service was great! Thank you Alexis for the service!
