1. Why is the restaurant review grade hidden away.
2. Drinks on display for purchase were expired 7months ago.
3. Food was not cooked fresh, drowned in sauce to hide it.
4. Several of us got bad stomach cramps and had to use the restroom immediately, one was my 4yr old.
5. We trusted this place to pay about $150 here, my expectations were too high.
6. Hidden grade is your RED FLAG. .
7. Sushi was not fresh at all.
8. Prices are way too high for very low quality.
9. Environment was eh. . Attitude city. Unhappy employees= Unhappy customers. .

Yeah girl up front was really rude. She shouldn’t really be working there.

Walk in at 8:30, they close at 9. Store is clean, few folks sitting at tables, go to order, lady is cleaning ( notice i didn't say nice). I look at the menu, first time at this location, and see beef and chicken teriyaki bowl and was like perfect. Lady was more annoyed I came in than wanting to help. Anyway, I ordered, but no white meat available, how's that even possible, but okay, so dark meat and let's get it to go. I'm sitting at a table, next to other customers and my food is ready and she's like here and leaves it on the counter instead of bringing it to me two tables from her as she literally walked past me to get to the front door where she was as I walked in. I grab my food, thanks to the guys behind the counter that were in the kitchen, they ignored my thank you and goodnight and i left. She didn't say thank you or goodnight or anything. Anyway, I get home and no napkins, no fork, no sauce, nothing. Steak is soooo horrible it feels like I'm eating beef jerky and the dark meat for chicken is so dry, I mean it was the worst meal I've ever had from a well known place as this. I highly doubt I'll ever go back, I mean with food this bad, I can't imagine trying that location again. And with service that cold, I mean why work with people if we're bothering you by walking in. Just wow. Don't waste your time folks. 15th Ave and Bell there is another location such as this and their service and food is incredible!
The food is always hit or miss which is really sad because I've been eating at Yogi's grill franchise for roughly 6 years and at this location it's always been a roll of the dice which is sad! I always go for the chicken katsu and the gyoza while my dad goes for the California roll. The California roll tends to fall apart on him more often than not and the chicken katsu isn't thick slices of fried chicken like it should be... It's getting frustrating because for the price you're paying for the amount of food you get and not being satisfied half the time makes you not want to go. I wish the cooks would be consistent.

Terrible. Spent $45 on 2 Arizona bowls with chewy rubbery crab and burnt shrimp and veggie tempura. Complete waste of money. Inedible.
Inside was hot. Food was reheated chicken, dry as the desert! No vegetables in sight!! Sushi rolls were falling apart with none of the ingredients listed. Also no soy sauce, ginger, or yum yum sauce was given to us. Hot food was in the same bag as cold food. Service was nonexistent!!

No napkins, fork, or additional sauce never had this at any other Yogis. It seems like the same bad service the location that closed up the road across from AMC used to give. Peoria Road and Happy Valley Road location should train these people at this location.
Typical fast food counter experience. Portions were good. Newer place, so it was clean. The sauce and toppings variety was surprising. Recommend teriyaki chicken with veggies for low-carb option.

So glad to have this as an option on bell road now. Always a big fan of yogis. Arizona bowl add chicken. You'll love it. I stopped going to yogis at p83 because they don't give you garnish even if you ask for it. I stopped in the new yogis today and it's very nice. They have all garbish and extra next to the soda machine. Nice people and good atmosphere. They even have a nice patio. Glad to add this to the bell road lineup and have no doubt they will do great.

We ordered vegetable tempura the vegetables were hard and under cooked. It was hard you can't really eat it. Service was bad. The teriyaki sauce was empty we had to wait for them to fill it up. Called to let them know about the food it's hard to communicate with the cashier.
It's not worth the price you pay for the food. Go somewhere else

THIS WAS $15!!!!! It was for my 4 year old which I expected I could upgrade from a kids meal rice bowl to just sub noodles from the rice. Nope they had no way of upcharging me but then charged me $2 extra on a regular bowl? It makes no sense not every child likes rice but tons love noodles. This was so ridiculous and definitely won't be back for these garbage prices and service. I wish I could give ZERO STARS

One. They don’t answer the phone. Two. What yogis does not take pick up orders. Not only was the girl rude. But when asked how long it would take to make one sushi roll. She said 20 minutes. Hence why I always call it in beforehand. I was so excited for this new location. Trust me. Don’t bother. Don’t give them your business. Worst customer service.
vvv My point exactly 👍

First time at a Yogi's and it is delicious! Udon bowl and California roll. Very generous portions for the price. I haven't had Japanese food this good since I lived in San Francisco in the '90s.

Again, this location does not thoroughly cook the noodles to franchise standards. I drive all over the valley and this has to be the worst location.
Cook the noodles all the way through, not hard.
